Welcome! Tonight we look forward to welcoming Scott Booth and Glasgow City to Ochilview Park in the Scottish Building Society SWPL1. After their disappointment in the Cup Final, Glasgow City will be desperate to make amends and put in a performance against ourselves. It is our job to disrupt that and we look forward to the challenge ahead. In our last fixture against City, we put in an excellent first half performance which saw us take the lead, albeit for a short while. This gave the players some belief but more importantly we were left frustrated as we conceded so quickly and wasted an opportunity. Tonight’s game provides us with an opportunity to test ourselves against a top opposition. An evening fixture provides a different feel to our typical Sunday fixture so we hope to put in a positive performance in front of as many people as possible. This will be our last home game before the break, so I hope as many people as possible can come along and cheer on the team against the champions.
