We have spectacular venues to choose from, including the Pier Restaurant that can be completely booked out for larger events. At the Largs Pier we pride ourselves on being a versatile venue, which can cater for many types of functions. So whatever the occasion, however big or small, we can help to make it an event to be remembered. You’ll have views of the Gulf, fresh sea air, fantastic service and some of the finest catering available. Events we cater for include: Weddings Seminars Corporate Functions/Conferences Wine Tastings Family and Corporate Celebrations Breakfast Meetings (7 days a week by appointment) Birthday Celebrations We can organise casual or formal functions, tailored specifically for you, and in most instances there is no room hire fee. So if you’ve got a birthday coming up – or a graduation, a Christening, an anniversary, office function, or you just want to throw one together for the “gang” – then celebrate it at the Largs Pier. We’ll make sure it’s the best decision you ever made! Situated adjacent to the historic Largs Bar, this unique space is ideal for birthdays or any informal gathering. With access to your own bar, this area can seat 25 people or accommodate 40 people standing. One large plasma screen can display footage tailored to your celebration, and with the use of our in-house music system, entertainment is guaranteed. In this secluded area, with it’s own bar and breathtaking views of the ocean, you are guaranteed a special occasion. So, why not make Largs West the venue for your next function?

Adjoining the Pier Restaurant, this delectable room is a showcase of rich architectural detail and is absolutely dripping with history (if only the walls could talk‌). It is ideally suited for a cocktail party or a sit-down wedding, and is a popular conference venue. Comfortably seating 45 people or catering for up to 80 people in a standing environment, this area is private, lending a feeling of intimacy to your occasion.

Rich warm timber and lush tropical plants give the Pier Restaurant a unique atmosphere that continues the hotel’s celebration of the Art Deco period. With a private bar and al fresco dining, the restaurant is a perfect venue for a lunch or dinner function. Commanding spectacular views of the ocean, the Pier Restaurant seats up to 90 people with comfort. So, whatever your occasion, this is a setting to be remembered.

S U I T E

This beautiful heritage room is the perfect area to host a small conference of six to 14 people, or an intimate dinner party for up to 12 guests. This room has balcony access and stunning sea views Audio-visual equipment is available to hire with prior arrangement. Ideal for business or management meetings, this venue can be fully catered to your requirements. Room hire: 175.0 per day (from 11am), plus all catering costs.

Booking Confirmation Once a booking has been made a deposit of 15% of total food bill is payable within 14 days of the function date, management reserves the right to cancel or relocate the booking if a deposit has not been received before the specified date. If you have made a tentative booking, this will be held for fourteen days only. After such time management reserves the right to relocate your booking or cancel the booking. (All attempts will be made to contact the person who placed the booking). Guests and the Responsible service of alcohol The Largs Pier Hotel, actively promotes a safe environment for staff and patrons alike, and management reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who are deemed to be intoxicated. Minors are permitted on the premise but are required to be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Minors are not legally allowed to purchase or consume alcohol on the premise. Guests are respectfully reminded that photographic ID may be required to purchase and or consume alcohol. Guest Behaviour Management reserve the right to evict any patron who is deemed to act in an aggressive, hostile or displaying violent behaviour towards staff, guests and or property belonging to the Largs Pier Hotel and or its guests. Management reserve the right to recoup any monies, including damages from the person(s) involved. Guests are reminded that the premise is a Hotel and we accommodate a large number of guests. Smoking All of the Largs Pier Hotel function rooms are smoke free, except for the decks area, which you may decide to keep smoke free. Decorations No signage or decorations are to be affixed to any walls or awnings, if you wish to decorate the room please consult the function coordinator. Guests will have access to the room two (2) hours prior to the function. Catering Largs Pier Hotel does not permit any items of food to be brought to the function, except birthday and or wedding cakes. If your guests have special dietary needs please consult your functions coordinator Equipment Hire The Largs Pier Hotel requires 10 days of all equipment hire, the final cost of which will appear on your bill. Cancellation The Largs Pier Hotel reserves the right to retain all monies paid if the function is cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled event. The Largs Pier will return all monies paid if the Hotel cancels the event due to acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances. Pricing All efforts will be undertaken to maintain all prices as quoted, however due to seasonal variations the Largs Pier Hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly, all efforts will be undertaken to contact the person responsible for the function.
