Brand new escape room experience coming to Aberdeen Hotel

An award-winning Aberdeen hotel is working with the city’s latest leisure attraction in a move which is unique within the sector.

From June 2019, The Aberdeen Altens Hotel will also be home to a brand-new escape room experience, in an innovative move which will see the hotel working with Escape808 to run the attraction from a specially-created base within the building.

Escape From TV will offer visitors a 90-minute immersive experience as they journey their way through multiple rooms on a fast-paced escape game adventure. The experience will accommodate from 2 - 12 visitors with the possibility to start new games every 40 minutes to minimise waiting times.

Escape From TV is billed as the perfect team building and social adventure, combining interactive challenges, clue solving and fun. Commenting on the move, Kris Manship, Manager at Aberdeen Altens Hotel, said: “We don’t know of any other hotel which is offering an escape room experience under its own roof. It’s a very exciting addition for the hotel and we are delighted to be working with Escape808 to create this new experience.”
