Put Some Zip in Your Trip!

THE BROADMOOR SOARING ADVENTURE IS A THRILLING excursion that lets guests experience the stunning natural scenery of Cheyenne Canyon from a unique perspective on zip lines ranging in length from 250 to 1,800 feet, with some moderate hiking.

Start your adventure at Broadmoor Outfitters’ Base Camp, where you’ll be transported to the start of the course. Participants are fitted with top-of-the-line gear and receive extensive instruction on a practice zip line. Participants must weigh at least 90 pounds and no more than 250 pounds, and they are accompanied by two experienced guides at all times.

The Woods Course features five zip lines that traverse forested terrain over rocky outcroppings and a small waterfall. The Fins Course offers an adrenaline rush with five zip lines plus two 200-foot suspension-bridge crossings and a thrilling 180-foot controlled rappel at the end. Each course takes two hours to complete or, combined, they make up a four-hour adventure that leaves guests with a rush of accomplishment from completing the challenge.
