Make plans to attend the 45th annual U.S. Senior Open, contested on The Broadmoor’s famed East Course. It’s the ninth USGA Championship hosted at the resort. More details, including ticket packages, are to be announced.

The Broadmoor Invitation

The Broadmoor Invitation, July 23-27, 2023, attracts premier amateur players with handicaps of twelve and below to compete over four rounds in a two-man, better-ball stroke-play format with no handicaps. In addition to a championship tournament environment and playing conditions at one of the world’s most honored golf destinations, players and their spouses/guests also enjoy exclusive social events. The $5,100 fee covers one player and one guest. Additional pricing options for singles and player teams are available upon request.

THE BROADMOOR’S RANCH AT EMERALD VALLEY OFFERS AN immersive, all-inclusive experience for guests looking to escape the bustle of daily life and enjoy the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Situated in the heart of a lush valley and surrounded by the Pike National Forest, daily activities at The Ranch include guided horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, archery, canoeing, and more.

Meals are served in the Main Lodge, with personalized table service. The Ranch also hosts buffet-style cookouts on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, with lobster tails, prime rib, trout, fried chicken, salads, homemade cobbler, and more, as well as live music. Accommodations are in one, two, and three-bedroom cabins outfitted with comfortable furnishings like handcrafted textiles and Western-themed art. Modern amenities include gas fireplaces and heated floors in the bathrooms. Guests may also choose to split their stay between The Ranch at Emerald Valley and Cloud Camp, hiking between the two while their luggage is delivered. Guests of The Ranch can also enjoy all the activities and amenities available at the main resort.
