DAY 02- 09 NOV

Istanbul

Istanbul Old City Walking Tour followed by a short stroll to Sultanahmet area.

Visit to Topkapi Palace,Hippodrome Square and Islamic Arts Museum.

Lunch at an Indian restaurant in the area Visit the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Museum and continue your way towards the Grand Bazaar, Visiting the tomb of Sultan Mahmoud and the Ottoman Cemeteries.

The day ends at the Bazaar with free time there for shopping and sightseeing.

Return back to your hotel on your own at Istanbul.

DAY 03- 10 NOV

Istanbul / Bursa

Bursa Tour: Start with a ferry to Yalova, enjoying the lovely countryside view. Drive to Bursa, former Ottoman Capital which was founded by the Bithynian King Prusias I Cholus "the Lame" (reigned 228-185 BC), After lunch, climb to Uludag Mountain ( the legendary Mount Olympos) by cable car (first stage) which is a favorite center of the winter sports held and as well as skiing.

Visit to Ulucami (Grand Mosque) the major mosque of Bursa and a landmark of early Ottoman architecture, the Green Mosque and the Green Mausoleum the old Silk Market in the Covered Bazaar.

On the way back to Istanbul, stopover for dinner,

DAY 04- 11 NOV

Istanbul

Istanbul Tour: At 08:30 am will leave for Suleymaniye Mosque, constructed by A rc h i t e c t S i n a n b y t h e o rd e r o f S u l t a n S u l e i m a n t h e M a g n i fi c e n t .

Then you will drive to Eyup, visiting the grave of EbuSeybe El-Hudrione of the two definite graves of sahabas in Istanbul. Also, the shrines of Ka’b bin Malik and Hamidullah El-Ensari are located here.

After your visits, you will go up to Pierre Loti Hill and get one the best views of the city.

From the hill, you will walk down through Eyup cemetery, where many Ottoman officials and religious intellectuals are buried. After the stroll, you will reach the Mosque and tomb of Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari. After paying our respects and praying, you will get on the vehicle and drive to Eminonu, where you will have lunch.

After lunch, you will take a short stroll to the pier and get on the boat for a 2-hour cruise on the Bosphorus. During the cruise, you will see the most impressive sights along the shores of the Bosphorus including Dolmabahce Palace, Ciragan Palace, Maiden´s Tower, Bosphorus bridges, Rumeli and Anadolu fortresses and Ottoman Residences.

Then you will get off at AnadoluKavagi pier, get on the bus and drive to Yusha Hill, where Prophet Yusha bin Nun’s tomb is believed to be located.

DAY 05- 12 NOV

Istanbul / Konya

Train to Konya & Konya Tour: You will be picked up from your hotel at 05:00 to be transferred to Pendik Train Station to take 07:30 train to Konya, which takes around 4,5 hours.

Upon your arrival at around 12:00, you will meet with your guide. Then you will have lunch and visit Mevlana Museum and His Tomb, and The Tomb of Sems-i Tebrizi (mentor of Mevlana).

After your visits, you will be dropped off at your hotel to have some rest. After dinner, you will be picked up from your hotel to watch the zikr (dhikr - chanting) of the dervishes, which lasts around 1 hour.

Then you will be transferred back to your hotel.

In the evening (definite time will be given later) you will be picked up for the Whirling Dervish performance, which lasts around 1 hours. After the performance, you will return back to your hotel.

DAY 06- 13 NOV

Konya

B/L/D

Tour to Karaman: You will be picked up from your hotel at around 08:30 and start driving for Karaman.

On this day, you will be visiting The Tomb of Ashab Mahmoud bin Hadi (one of the companions of Prophet Mohammad), The Tomb of Mader-i Mevlana (Mevlana's Mother), and The Tomb of Yunus Emre (11th-12th century Turkish Poet & Sufi Mystic).

Lunch will be served at a convenient time depending on the group and start driving back to Konya.

On the way back, you may also visit Catalhoyuk (with no extra charge), the largest and best-preserved Neolithic settlement so far, also listed as Unesco World Heritage Site.

After the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.

DAY 07- 14 NOV

Konya / Istanbul

Tour of Konya: You will be picked up from your hotel at around 09:00, then visit Alaeddin Mosque, principal monument in the citadel of Konya, also once used as the Mosque of the Throne for the Seljuks and contains the dynastic mausoleum.

Then you will visit Karatay Madrasah (a religious school used during the Seljuks), where various artifact from Seljuk and Ottoman times are exhibited. After the Madrasah, you will visit the Tomb of Atesbaz-i Veli After your visits, you will be transferred to the train station to take 17:55 train to Istanbul.

Upon your arrival at around 22:15, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 08- 15 NOV

DAY 09- 16 NOV

Istanbul

This day would be full of leisure and at your pace.

You can also enjoy shopping if you wish to.

Istanbul

You will be picked up from your hotel depending on your flight time to be transferred to the airport for your departure flight home. End of services.(B)
