These were compounded by hundreds of high-intensity aftershocks. The people of Nepal felt the impact of these disasters with over 9,000 fatalities. Now three years on, we continue to respond to the community’s needs with our local partner Relief Nepal. From the response phase of rubbling and debris removal immediately following the earthquakes to the current recovery phase of rebuilding schools, we’ve rebuilt 17 schools in Nepal and are dedicated to continue the work of giving the children of Nepal safe places to learn and play.
OUR MISSION To effectively and efficiently address the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by natural disasters.
