Bob, Rich and Chris became the proud new owners of a commercial condo here in the Lake Country - giving Alliance Home & Land Group a home to call their own!
Our new address is 1031 Village Park Drive, Suites 101 & 201, Greensboro, GA 30642
This is the same complex as Cafe44, Zapiens Salon and da Corrado Ristorante just to name a few.

Lauren Burgess!
A Watkinsville native and Lake Country resident for four years Lauren is a REALTOR that proudly garners the Luxury Specialist accolade. After graduating from the University of North Georgia in Psychology and Criminal Justice she began her career in corporate law with a focus on real estate investment trusts and product liability at Alston & Bird LLP and later in prosecution across three circuits in north and middle Georgia.
Lauren prides herself on her attention to detail and promptness with her clients. She is passionate about helping others and her main goal is to build lasting relationships with her clients far beyond the closing table.
Lauren and her husband Aaron reside in Putnam County on their family farm. Lauren’s husband, owner of Freedom Construction, is a luxury home builder throughout the Lake Country. They have three children Brynlee (17), Kenadee (16) and Hayes (2); all currently attending Gatewood Schools. Their family is completed by a faithful Labrador Retriever named Avery.
After a long day’s work Lauren enjoys being with family, spending time on the lake and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
