I would very much like to share my experience with Bob Miller as my real estate professional for both buying and selling properties at Reynolds Lake Oconee. First I would like to say that Bob is the consummate professional, and always has the client’s best interest foremost in mind. I chuckle when I say this, but interacting with Bob is like interacting with Chick-fil-A whereas no matter what my question is or what I have asked him to do for me, the reply is always a very friendly “my pleasure”.
Anna, my fiancé and I have been working with Bob for several months now looking at various properties to purchase. I own a golf course lot at The Landing, am a Platinum Member, and had been trying to decide if we were going to build on the lot, purchase a Condo and sell the lot or keep the lot and rent until I could make a decision. Yes I am that wishy washy client
that some agents would definitely find frustrating. However, Bob was always so friendly and accommodating for every property that Anna and I wanted to see. He is always so very accommodating & friendly and genuinely makes me feel like us being satisfied as a client to get exactly what we want is his only job. Bob is always very proactive; so much so that he reached out recently about a cottage that was for sale that we might be interested in and as it turned out there was another larger one for sale across the street and we currently have a signed contract on that cottage! Bob’s advice on our offer and subsequent negotiations was excellent and we are purchasing the cottage for an excellent price, and the closing date I desired to accommodate me. He is now selling the lot for me, and already has many contacts that are showing immediate interest. His “connections” in the Reynolds Lake Oconee area have proven to be extremely helpful to me in many ways - even with Banking recommendations.
I wish Bob continued success, and will happily and readily always recommend him to friends or anyone interested in Reynolds Lake Oconee properties.

Ralph Vick, General Manager The Ritz Carlton, Reynolds Lake OconeeWe are delighted to introduce the next chapter in our resort’s lake luxe transformation story After 20 years, Georgia’s restaurant will close after dinner service on Friday, January 13th, and we will debut an exciting new Italian restaurant and bar experience in late Spring
The new Italian restaurant will celebrate the joy of gathering with family and friends to enjoy delicious, authentic Italian food and drinks in a charming, relaxed setting. The focal points of the restaurant will include an exposed wood-burning pizza oven, an open pasta kitchen with a communal table, and an expansive indoor/outdoor bar which will create an interactive, engaging atmosphere. A stunning Private Dining Room, and multiple options for outdoor “al fresco” dining with lake views, will provide our resort guests and Members with memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences for years to come.
Prior to the new restaurant opening, our dining options will be limited as business levels increase, and we highly encourage you to call ahead and make reservations. During the renovation, breakfast will be served at Linger Longer Steakhouse for resort guests only. For those golfers looking for a quick bite before or after a morning round, please stop by The Coffee Shop where we have an exciting new assortment of hot breakfast sandwiches.
