When looking for an escape away from our primary residence in Atlanta, we decided to find a home in Reynolds Lake Oconee. We connected with Rich Johns and he showed us several available homes but ultimately we decided that a new build was the direction we wanted to go in.
Rich’s expertise and experience helped us find a wonderful lot and he also connected us with a quality builder who met us at the lot on a Sunday. Hatfield builders gave us a quality home and placed our house perfectly on the lot to capture the best water views from so many places around the house.
We had a vision for what we wanted our home to be like and with the help of Shane Evans of Ansley Interiors we were able to create an amazing place for our family to gather and relax. We have already enjoyed our first family holidays here and it was really special to have extended family join us as well.
Often having a second home can create more work but our connection with Rich once again helped us find a great concierge service through Lake Dog Home Watch. We have recently started working with them and already they have proven to be invaluable and made our home away from home an even more enjoyable place to come. We were fortunate to have found Rich and his alliances to help make our home in Reynolds such a great place to come relax in on a regular basis.

Bayside at Lake Oconee is a gated community on Lake Oconee close to everything, but yet just out of reach to enjoy your privacy. Bayside offers a boat ramp & deeded boat slips at the community dock, recreation area with a fire pit, cornhole, swings, community pavilion with picnic tables, and putting green This subdivision has beautiful big lake views and estate sized lots.

For the 1st quarter of 2023, our team was thrilled to choose and honor Meals on Wheels at the Greene County Senior Center! They do tremendous work throughout the community. We also gathered cleaning supply donations from our friends and clients, including Ms. Moss' high school students at Gatewood Schools!
