HOME SWEET HOME

We are blown away by the love and support we have received from our clients, friends and the community as we welcomed them to our Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Wednesday, August 23rd.

We welcomed over 80 attendees to our new office, as well as, the Greene County and Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerces. Everyone enjoyed a ribbon cutting with champagne toast, dined on hibachi, sushi and special fortune cookies and some even brought items to place in our Time Capsule which we plan on opening in 10 years!

All were invited to tour our new building and see all of our teams hard work over the last few weeks. We were excited to share it with them all!

So THANK YOU to each and every one who attended, sent their well wishes, sent plants and flowers. We are eternally grateful to you all for your love and support - and of course to The Fowler Team | BankSouth for your sponsorship of this event and all you do for us and our clients on a daily basis. Please give a warm welcome to our new addition to the Alliance Team: Charlotte Hildreth!

Charlotte relocated to Greene County in the spring of 2021 after residing in Southern California most of her life. She comes to the Lake Oconee area with years of experience in real estate sales and finance.

Charlotte began her career as a loan officer and transaction coordinator which provided great training and a wealth of experience in contracts, listings, loans, and all facets of the real estate business. Her positive attitude and tireless work ethic make her a great addition to the community. She was a long-time volunteer at her children's schools for over 18 years, and served for five years as the PTA president.

Charlotte has three adult children and one grandchild, Elianna. Her favorite activities around the area include attending live music events with her family, learning the game of golf, and introducing beautiful Greene County to her visiting friends and family.

GAME DAY RECIPE BY DANA

Sauté: 1 onion chopped and 2 T veg. oil

Stir into the pan until warm:

•1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes

•1 4 oz diced green chilis

(I use diced jalapeños for a spicier crowd)

•1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained

•10 oz shred Monterey Jack cheese (save some for the top)

•1 package cream cheese

•1 c 1/2 & 1/2

• 1T red wine vinegar

3. Put everything in pan 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

4. Serve with tortilla chips!
