DNA has been collected on the entire offering. Some results have been processed and are available for viewing on the online registrations, while others are still processing. With the new Red Angus requirements, we have done our best to alleviate any future headaches and all females will have DNA on file, several are already back, and we hope the rest will be available online by sale day.
We are extremely excited to bring forth the sixth annual Major League Female Offering! As cliché as it may sound, this is without a doubt the deepest, and most unique set of heifer calves we have ever assembled here at Rosebud Cattle Company. Located only 2 hours from the American Royal and Kansas City, right on I-70, we hope you find time to view this set in person! With some of today’s most popular and proven genetics, from some of the most respected breeders in the country, we are positive that there is something for everybody in this set. Our goal is for continued success beyond the ring, consequently, these females possess the practicality and the proven genetic backing to become future donors and foundation females for programs striving for success in multiple avenues of production. As you may notice while flipping through the catalog, we put a very strong emphasis on proven cow families. Proven = consistency, and our goal is to market females that in turn produce cattle that are consistently marketable at a high level within your own operation. We hope to maintain a relationship with all our customers, and offer a service in regards to any aid needed during their campaign in the ring, from feed, to daily care, to mating options. Rosebud Cattle is in your corner once the halter comes off as well and we thoroughly enjoy marketing progeny of females purchased through us, in fact, many of the lots below are backed by females we have marketed over the past six years.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of this business in past few years, has been watching the cycle come full circle. Raising/marketing a female that we have high aspirations for, watching that calf go on to succeed, make memories, and find backdrops for a junior exhibitor, and then get to see them produce progeny at a high level that are just as competitive. Many of the sale highlights you’ll find in these pages are direct daughters of past highlights of this very sale, and it’s been euphoric to watch these progress and mature nearly identical to their donor parents. We are thrilled about the future potential of this set, and hope you find the one you’ve been searching for!
I’d be remiss if I didn’t I didn’t take the time to thank those who made all this possible. Dillon Knepp, you are an incredible herdsman, excellent cattleman, and take pride in everything you do, and it’s quickly noted in this set of calves. To my wife Allison, we all thank you for your incredible level of patience day in and day out, especially with myself, you are one of the most talented individuals in the game and your work across this book speaks volumes. Kelly, Maguire, Baylor, and Kirby, although relentlessly rinsing 76 head just to turn them back out into a dust bowl seems like insanity, the cattle look awesome and we can’t thank you enough.
The sale is listed alphabetically by breed, and chronologically from youngest to oldest within each breed, so be certain to scroll all the way down. Sort through this group of females designed for the Majors, in addition to some big league frozen genetics located under the live lots. We sincerely thank you for taking the time to view this set, and will gladly assist with any questions or concerns!
Best,
Zane Ward

We lot the sale from youngest to oldest, and alphabetically by breed, but I wouldn’t start the party with anything other than a UDE Queen Ruth 0204 daughter. This cool headed, big pinned, dense haired Stability daughter offers up an insane neck to belly ratio. A tidy chested and jawed female carries back to a huge center cavity and overwhelming rib cage, with a wide and square pin set when viewed from behind. Lot 1 grabs the ground with coordination and flexes on an impressive circumference of foot and bone, she’s so tame it became a challenge to get her going with authority in the picture pen, but she can stride out with the best of them. She’s backed by one of my all time favorite Angus females to ever do it, UDE Queen Ruth 0204, who in her first set of ETs produced 2 promotional sires, and 5 females averaging $34,000. This trio of sisters is one of, if not my favorite flush of females we’ve ever had the chance to offer. They’re all so soft, so bold, and so loose skeletoned and comfortable on the move, with an unlimited degree of generating potential.

The type of female I’m striving to produce, and an extremely unique individual. A burly, opened up, beefy made one with a huge, square pin set, and some of the biggest bonework you’ll find, much less on an Angus, and one with a gigantic, perfectly shaped foot. I affectionately named this monster bodied beast “Beef Cakes” at just two weeks of age, as I’d never seen a baby angus with this much density and sheer volume from day one. She’s so loose built, with such a fluid stride and incredible foot placement, being so bendy and flexible off either end. Laid back in the degree to her shoulder, her added set and bend to her knee, and square front end build set the stage for her enamoring degree of presence and look. A stout skulled female who’s neck shoots right out the apex of her shoulder as she struts around with pride and arrogance. My infatuation with this calf only compiles when you take into consideration she’s a Queen Ruth 0204, the KC, Louisville, and OKC Champ. In her first set of ETs, she’s produced 2 promotional sires, Apex and Replay, and 5 females averaging $34,000. Sired by Stability, who I strongly believe is the most underutilized Angus sire on today’s market, and has sired our high seller the past two years. This is a rare designed creature, and you certainly won’t find Angus cattle like this around every street corner. We’re ecstatic to see who gets to grab the halter, and join us on this future donor feature.

The sports car. Simply can’t draw one up any better from the side, and watching her float around on that Cadillac of skeletal designs she has is mesmerizing. So coordinated off either end on the move, floating around on a large set of timber, with a hind leg set that dreams are made of. Despite being a bit more immature than her cohorts, she’s obnoxiously deep centered with the swoopy underline we all secretly crave, and still packs some genuine dimension and carries it square all the way to the ground. A full sister to our new promo bull ROSE Replay 3321, owned with Boyert and Hunter. She’s backed by one of my all time favorite Angus females to ever do it, UDE Queen Ruth 0204, who in her first set of ETs produced 2 promotional sires, and 5 females averaging $34,000. You can’t make one tie any higher out the top side of their shoulder, yet reach out with the proper shoulder angle, set back and bendy about her knee, and a front end construction that points the right direction with awesome feet. This dense haired sweetheart is another that is approved for any age of showman, with the unique combo of natural presence and the best disposition to go with it.

The oldest sister in the trio of Stability x Queen Ruth 0204s, and she continues the trend of massive bodied, mongo legged, attractive flush mates. Lot 10 is so loose constructed and flexible off both ends, she effortlessly grabs the ground with a dinner plate sized foot, and carries around an overwhelming level of product. This cool headed, high eared Stability daughter is a rib longer and a little stretchier than her sisters, one that I think screams unique breeding piece with her added power and dimension. She’s backed by one of my all time favorite Angus females to ever do it, UDE Queen Ruth 0204, whom in her first set of ETs produced 2 promotional sires, and 5 females averaging $34,000. An extra bendy, swoopy bodied, big hipped female that is backed by the pedigree and build, and exudes the type and kind of a big dollar generating, front pasture female.

One that does a lot of things right, and the longer you study her, becomes extremely hard to pick a hole in. Complete, proportional, dense made females never go out of style, and never have a bad day in both the ring or production. She’s so incredibly smooth designed, soft centered, yet still packs some punch and skeletal width when ya get behind her. A big backed daughter of the ever popular Good Times, and backed by one of my favorite cows in existence, UDE Queen Ruth 0204, KC, Louisville, and OKC Champ that has flat out gotten after it in production. This maternal sister to the new AI Sires; Apex, Replay, as well as 5 sisters averaging $34,000, is destined to reap a remarkable ROI. Throw in the influence of the ever famous 419, and the Phyllis line from the top side, and she’s stacked. She’s one with an awesome attitude, that I think is a competitive candidate in the State Fair and Jr National’s department next summer with her kind of smooth, problem free build, and density.

To put it plain and simple, good beef. Long, level, smooth, soft, sound, and attractive. She covers all the bases to be dubbed complete, but tacks on some extra bone, a mouthwatering neck attachment and ear set, and the natural presence that gets noticed and praised in the ring. Square and coordinated in her mobility off either end, perhaps the most intriguing part about lot 8 is her versatile pedigree. Being a Vegas, out of 6188 (Double Black x Century Impressive/Traveler 004), she is free of First Class, Primo, Lutton, Insight, and opens the door for a broad horizon of mating schemes, whether you’re shooting for bulls or females. Her mother brings the whole equation together, a cow that hasn’t missed and has rapidly become a mainstay in our program as well as Brian Johnson’s. She raised our $70,000 high seller last fall, and averaged $30,000 on 5 head out of 3 different sires. With daughters making top 5 at state fairs, Aksarben, jackpots all over, more impressive is that they’re going on to raise an entirely new list of high sellers themselves, including the $72,000 high seller for MPJ a few weeks ago. A sweet natured, awesome built, hole free female that you can’t go wrong with.

Big fan. One with the show heifer silhouette, but packs some genuine width and dimension from every angle. An Angus that’s actually big backed, wide pinned, huge hipped, and bold stifled. A soft caged, bold sprung female with a gnarly head carriage, ear set, and neck attachment that parks with a mouthwatering look. To be that robust about her heart and forerib, yet that tucked up in her chest floor is rare. She motors around with authority and pizazz on a square and flexible set of running gear with the perfect amount of foot and bone, one that commands every ounce of your attention and holds it. An incredible haired female that’s the right size, right scale, with the correct degree of power and density that I think the breed and show ring is trending towards. Her mother brings the whole equation together, a cow that hasn’t missed and has rapidly become a mainstay in our program as well as Brian Johnson’s. She raised our $70,000 high seller last fall, and averaged $30,000 on 5 head out of 3 different sires. With daughters making top 5 at state fairs, Aksarben, jackpots all over, the most impressive fact is their production. One of the first daughters in production, and a full sister to this female, raised MPJ’s $72,000 high seller a few weeks ago. Big time female.

One that has made a fan out of nearly every visitor. She’s one that’s hard not to appreciate, whether it’s her prideful stride and perfect neck attachment, her attractive head and ear set, her back leg that dreams are made of, or the backdrop worthy belly line, it’s all extremely enticing. She’s so ideal in her proportions, and although an often overused term, she brings a desirable degree of balance to the table. A loose built daughter of Stability, and a full sister to our $70,000 for half interest high seller last fall. With only 2 other sisters having sold thus far, one bringing $15,000 and grabbing Reserve Supreme at North Dakota State Fair, and the other just brought $23,000 at MPJ’s a few weeks back, it’s safe to say this mating doesn’t miss. This is the combination of the two we sold last year, an awesome haired March born that’s seamless in her transitons from third to third, square built, laid back in all her angles, with the right degree of power and width in a lady-like design. Her mother is averaging over $30,000, and is one of the most impressive mature females you’ll set eyes on, just an absolute beast. Quality Livestock.z

A little different speed than her sisters above her, she’s a touch more of a freak. Lot 17 is the razor necked, huge hipped, expressively shaped individual who comes in a larger outlined and stretchier package. She’s extremely wide pinned and shapely up high, bold in the turn to her cage, and displays all the presence you could want. Her mother brings the whole equation together, a cow that hasn’t missed and has rapidly become a mainstay in our program as well as Brian Johnson’s. She raised our $70,000 high seller last fall, and averaged $30,000 on 5 head out of 3 different sires. One that just gets better and better by the day, with all the right pieces to make somebody look very, very intelligent this time next year. This Alpha daughter’s proportions are so ideal, everything fits together as it should, from her tucked up chest floor and chiseled head and neck, to her bold center cavity and added turn to her upper rib, back to a shapely stifle and big hip. Although younger and a bit immature, this one’s density of bone, and volume of power is exciting in regards to projecting one. She grabs the surface on some added circumference, and all her joints and angles are laid back and coordinated with added flex. Her full sister hit the hammer at $30,500 for half interest two years back, and her mother will go down as one of my all time favorite females I had the pleasure to help on, or watch in a show ring. She never had a bad day for the Stagemeyer Family, finding Reserve at the 2019 Angus Junior Nationals, Supreme Female Overall at the American Royal, and got a piece of Denver on both sides. If you had to ask which one was the sleeper of the Angus group this year, here she is, her upside potential is through the roof.

You’d be hard pressed to draw one with better lines than Lot 16. She glides around with as much of a show cow silhouette as any. High tying, crane necked, overwhelmingly deep bodied and swoopy, with a picturesque hip and hind leg set. This quiet natured, huge haired Good Times daughter is a full sister to the exciting new kid on the block, STAG Fortunate Son 233, owned with Griswold, Bob May, and Stagemeyer. One that’s so comfortable and relaxed in the fashion she uses her spine and skeleton, reaches off all corners with flex and ease and the extra cushion to her joints that the show ring raves about. Smooth, soft, attractive, with an incredibly tucked up chest floor, especially considering how deep hearted and robust bodied she is. Her mother will go down as one of my all time favorite females I had the pleasure to help on, or watch in a show ring. She never had a bad day for the Stagemeyer Family, finding Reserve at the 2019 Angus Junior Nationals, Supreme Female Overall at the American Royal, and got a piece of Denver on both sides. I dig this one. Cracked open, square pinned, big awesome shaped feet, and a bold and robust rib cage with the coveted, swoopy underline. She’s a high tying, jet black, proud individual that comes and goes with some genuine skeletal width and internal dimension. One who’s laid back shoulder angle, and ideal front end construction allow her to stride around in such a fluid and coordinated fashion. That doesn’t even brush her production record, with AI Sires such as Fortunate Son and Independence in rotation, and daughters reaching upwards of $50,000 for half interest, and countless others garnering $20,000 and above. Captivating show heifer with an even more promising run at the donor pen.

Incredible outlined, and as typy and trendy as they come. Attractive headed with the flashy ear set, a tiny neck that shoots out the top of her blade, tucked up about her chest floor, yet drops to a bold and swoopy rib cage, and carries from there back into a massive pin set, bold stifle, and expressive pattern. She combines added muscle and power with a lady-like build and look, and puts it all atop an ideal structural set up with the proper flex, give, and cushion to her bone and joint work. One of the first Fortunate Son daughters to sell this fall, he’s a Good Times some out of famed American Royal Supreme Female for the Stagemeyer family, Nords Lucy 8022. Lot 2 is the first ET daughter out of our new and exciting Phyllis 1330 Donor, who is a Style out of the immortal 423 donor of Stertzbach’s, that won supreme female at our state fair open show two years back, as well as Reserve Supreme at Aksarben. Lot 2 reflects alot of her mothers attributes, square, smooth, sound, with some added pin width and an incredible look from the side with an awesome disposition.

Freakazoid. What she lacks in maturity, she more than makes up for with her extravagant pieces and extras. With a neck a mile long, seemingly no chest floor, yet carrying back to a deep heart girth and soft center cage, this level hipped, shaggy creature has a bright, bright future. She struts around with a heightened degree of presence 24/7, on a soft, pliable back leg that offers that added reach and bend we are all chasing. Her maternal sister was in similar rig and maturity in our fashionably late sale, and has gone on to win over 10 Jackpots this year, as well as Reserve at Tri-State and Third Overall at the Husker Showdown for the Hogan family of Nebraska. She may be green, but she’s coming fast and the best days are ahead. Her mother was Reserve Division at Jr. Nationals for the Wheeler Family, not to mention the countless Jackpot supremes and Top 5 appearances she snagged. Trust the process and this one will be fun.

Currently one of the most lethal matings in the Angus ring! She’s a full sister to Curtin’s Reserve Female at Jr. Nationals this summer, as well as Thoreson’s Iowa State Fair Supreme female last year that sold in this very sale two years ago, and also won her Division at Jr. Nationals. Another full sister was just top 5 at South Dakota State Fair for the Plamp family, and yet another full sister just brought $109,000 for Kruse and Weis Cattle just last week. Annie Lu 9271 has knocked it out of the park in just a few short years in production, after a failed attempt at buying in on that beastly donor, I jumped at the chance to purchase some embryos, and in walks Lot 6. She’s a tank, massive and high volume though her center cavity, bold stifled, wide pinned, and strikes the surface with a huge, bendy back leg with added circumference of foot and bone. A high tying, proud featured daughter of the ever popular Dignity that is so loose spined and flexible, with the big soft hairs. Like her sisters before her, she continues to get better by the day and tie it all together week after week. This one has a lot of gas in the tank, and even more in regards to the donor pen. Hard to find Angus this stout featured and loose constructed.

A maternal sister to our $81,000 high seller from the 2022 Major League, that went on to snag her fair share of banners and friends on the chips. This woofy casino daughter is just good, functional, practical livestock, with some added feature and look. Flexible off either end, with added circumference of foot and bone, a huge rib cage and extremely efficient body type. Stout skulled, smooth made, with some power and width throughout. One that offers some mating flexibility, with her mother being sired by the maternal legend, SAV Resource, and stemming back to the infamous Annie Lu 4472, who can’t help but consistently throw high sellers and champions, including Braylen Schaeffer’s many time champion this past winner, as well as being the grand dam to the Reserve Female at Jr. Nationals this summer. Another one with a great attitude, and a no problem type of vibe and build.

Study this one’s video, or better yet, come see her in person to truly appreciate her. She isn’t the typical Angus that you’re used to seeing. This whale bodied, long spined, arrogant, loose made Primal daughter brings some of the hardest to combine features forth, and is dripping with shag. She sports a huge hip that’s as level as they make them, with genuine width from pin to pin, and drops down to the trendiest back leg and pastern that grip and grab the ground with flex, reach, and ease. Her neck to body ratio is absolutely bonkers, with such a tidy and tucked up chest floor. This high tying, exotic female’s donor dam stems back to one of the hottest cows in the game currently. 245K, her freak of a mother, was a sale feature in our Fashionably Late offering two years back, selling to Bridwell, Kinna, and Crawford, and is a maternal sister to Thoreson’s Supreme at Iowa State Fair last year, Curtin’s Reserve at Jr. Nationals this summer, and Weis’s recent $109,500 high seller. Primal, the full brother to Primo, with few progeny that have hit the scene are making a fair bit of noise and I personally love how they mature. This one has the size, scale, and feature to play ball this upcoming jackpot season, and I think will look like a hammer next summer and fall when the big hairs come back. Intriguing creature.

A different pedigree, for a different type and kind of angus. This burly, pried apart female offers a unique tandem of presence and power. A husky, shapely individual with a wicked neck attachment, and a commanding ear set, yet stout skull shape. She motors around on a pliable, dreamy hind leg, and sports the big shag every clipper hand enjoys mowing. Her mother was a new addition to the donor battery this past fall, one with a track record we couldn’t pass up. She’s the dam to the supreme purebred female at OYE this year for the Collum family, the Reserve Angus at American Royal, and Champion commercial at OYE a few years back for the Yochum family, as well as the dam to the 2022 C-4 High Selling female, an outcross donor purchase for ourselves and the Stagemeyer Program. Proof is in the pudding, with a unique pedigree, and the added dimension and power to offer an immense level of return for a progressive program. If the same old lined up pedigree with a muddled variation of 5 or 6 bulls and a flat made female isn’t your speed, then this calf is.

Show pony deluxe! As tricked out as they come with all the bells and whistles. This full sister to Clark’s Reserve female at Jr. Nationals a few years ago is a unit in every feature imaginable. Mammoth boned, so robust and bold about her rib cage, and showcases the longest and thinnest neck, with the big big shag. She comes and goes with some internal width and dimension and a backdrop finding type of vibe and presence. An obnoxious neck to belly ratio, with mind boggling proportions from nose to tail. Set her in motion, she still carries all that woof and added feature with flex and coordination off both ends. One that I think comes out of the gate swinging this jackpot season, turn around and get her big haired for Jr. Nationals and State Fair and she looks like an absolute creature and an outlier in a ring full of Angus. Her mother is no stranger to throwing a backdrop finding ability, with Wheeler’s many time champion and Clark’s Reserve at OKC as well as Jr. Nationals. Show ring potential aside, I think this one becomes an intriguing breeding piece in regards to show heifer production, given the consistency of her donor dam, and her degree of exotic feature and out there pieces.

Power, presence, and a build that’s designed for the long haul. This calf did everything but participate and give her best effort on picture day, and I strongly encourage you to come check her out in person. She’s an entirely different creature than she lets on with her footage. This march born Outlier daughter grabs the ground with such athleticism and authority, her spine and front end build are so flexible and comfortable, setting the stage for the incredibly high neck attachment and prideful stride she displays. A bold bodied, shapely patterned, wide pinned individual that proportions awesome from the side. She gets it from her mother, Abby (Charolette H163), who was a past Major League Sale Feature that went on to stack banners for the Pryor family of Iowa, whom we’ve been extremely lucky to build a relationship with over the years. Abby was Top 5 at Iowa Beef Expo, won the Charolais show at the American Royal, and won the National Charolais show in Denver to top it off. Her production record is starting off strong, as you can see in this sale, not to mention her daughters that averaged nearly $20,000 this past fall.

Good cattle rise to the top when set in motion, I’m a firm believer in that phrase, and this female exemplifies quality in motion. Call it presence, pride, arrogance, or “out there”, use whatever phrase suits you best, but I promise you she will grab every ounce of your attention when this beast struts across the pen on those gigantic, bendy feet and legs of hers. A large outlined, loose spined, massive bodied tank that opens up with an impressive degree of power and dimension, while still being feminine in her muscle pattern and back shape. Broody, but with the added look and feature we all wish we could combine. She echoes her mother in regards to being an absolute unit throughout and having the innate ability to glide around on an textbook set of feet and legs, but does so in an even louder featured package. Abby (Charolette H163), was a past Major League Sale Feature that went on to stack banners for the Pryor family of Iowa, whom we’ve been extremely lucky to build a relationship with over the years. Abby was Top 5 at Iowa Beef Expo, won the Charolais show at the American Royal, and won the National Charolais show in Denver to top it off. High caliber show pony, 10/10 donor prospect here.

Bred for the purple, backed by a timeless Thomas Ranch Donor that has been slinging the good ones for over a decade! This is one whose video skills were much better than her picture pose talents, and I highly encourage you to watch her on the move. A loose spined, bold bodied, awesome back legged white one with a long square hip, and an incredibly tucked up and tidy chest floor. This sweet natured Outlier daughter comes to us from our good buddy Hollis Fawcett, the result of an Embryo purchase from Thomas’s. We’re all for helping juniors getting invested in this industry, and even bigger fans of trying to garner some ROI on those investments. When Danny and I were driving through the south dakota hills looking at calves in Kyla’s fancy new Jeep, and this one trotted by with that incredible back leg of hers, that added shape and power with some natural presence, I knew she needed to be on the team. A char female with a build that will last, and the balance to always have a good day.

One that’s pried apart through her center skeleton, with a tremendous sweep to her lower body, and an overwhelming degree of power from nose to tail, and she can still strike a pose with the best of them. Her donor dam, RF Duchess 631, is just potent, plain and simple. She injects a flexible hind leg assembly, bold cage, and added power and hair with every calf. She’s the dam to our high selling Charolais three years ago that rang the bell at $38,500, as well as two other sisters that sold last fall between the major league and fashionably late sales that brought $33,000 and $27,000, and have all done their fair share of winning. Those are just the daughters marketed through our sale, and doesn’t even scratch the surface of the list of accolades she’s amounted during her tenure for Ridder Farms, who are well known for kicking out some of the most competitive white ones in the game. A good built, robust designed one with a mountain of mating flexibility.

Grade A Beef. Body, power, build, look, and a design that flows seamlessly from head to toe, coupled with a pedigree you couldn’t draw up much better, let me introduce you to Lot 25. Her mother was one of my favorite white cows we’ve had the opportunity to market, but her natural calf here might be better. Marilyn won Charolais Jr. Nationals, and was Reserve in KC and OKC. She directly transmitted that ideal structural setup and smooth make up that she was praised for, but this daughter comes and goes with a little more width between her pins, sheer dimension from nose to tail, and a bit more natural presence. Sired by the popular new kid on the block, WR Relief, who were highly sought after in Boyert’s sale this fall, and rightfully so. This awesome headed, tidy chested and necked Charolais grips and grabs with all fours in such a fluid, flexible, and attractive fashion, only ensuring her ability to make a highly competitive big bred like her mother before her. She’s so bold in her proportions, yet lady-like in her shape. A soft centered, chisel chested, square hipped Charolais female with the soft haircoat that will be extremely competitive, and is bred to produce with the best of them.

Quality Livestock, and sired by the new outcross kid on the block. This Copy White Female has some of the biggest, softest runners in the offering, with a monstrous rib cage, and the big square pin set and hip. Her elevated front skeleton, short shoulder with laid back angle, and square knee build the foundation for that high neck attachment and sweet front third carriage she offers. She’s a quiet natured one with an awesome demeanor that is a fun to see every morning, whether she’s posed and arrogant, or floating around on those humongous pipes. Her donor dam, Marilyn Monroe, is one of my favorite Charolais females and she sold in the very first Major League Offering, then went on to win countless Jackpots, Supreme Female at Charolais Jr. Nationals, and Reserve Female at both KC and OKC. This Copy White daughter is one of the stoutest featured and loudest pieced daughter of her thus far. If you like em a little stretchier and larger outlined with added power and punch, but can still carry themselves on an awesome set of feet and legs and sport an attractive front third, then I highly encourage you to study Lot 26.

Broody, woofy, massive featured, take your pick of adjectives. I like an awful lot about this female, starting with her huge soft running gear, her added depth and body shape, topped off by her long, level hip and smooth muscle pattern. She’s that clean chested and tidy necked, but carries it back to an explosive forerib and center cage. Outsider is still the king, and this calf is a perfect example of why. Her balance and design is incredible, yet she still packs some punch, outline, size and scale. When Christain and I went on a Colorado run, Vickland’s place is always a must see, and we couldn’t stop talking about this one after we left. Her feet and legs are a perfect example of the build we look for, stable and secure at the ground with the added flex and bone circumference to be appealing. An awesome haired white female, with a great disposition, and the complete build to never have a bad day in the ring, coupled with the extras to elevate her towards the top.

Cool critter here. From her huge pliable wheels, to her chubby center third, tandemed with her neat front one third and added punch and power throughout. Throw her disposition and incredible haircoat in the mix, and you have yourself a high quality show cow. I know I’ve mentioned it’s an overused term, as I’m about to use it again, but this female is so well balanced and proportioned. Her structural setup is admirable, being pulled apart and dimensional but floating around on such a flexible set of running gear with the perfect degree of cushion down low, all atop a giant foot. Her dam has consistently thrown the good ones for Ben Fritz, and she did it again with this Composite. We’ve been extremely lucky in the Char Composite department over the past two years, having sold the champion composite in OKC two years in a row for Weldon’s that went on to win OYE, as well as Fawcett’s Denver Champion this year, I think Lot 28 has all the makings to pave her own path to the backdrop as well. PSA - She suffered a kick resulting in a broken jaw as a calf, and does have a slightly mis-shapen jaw on the off show-side, it doesn’t impede her daily function by any means and is only noticeable on offside.

Backed by the great Jalynn Rose cow, who seemingly pops up on the backside of champion chi and show steer pedigrees, as well as high sellers, all over the country and has consequently earned her status as one of the greats. Huge muscled, big backed, bold bodied, square and pulled apart all the way to the ground, with a wicked front third and zero chest. A neck that shoots directly out the apex of her shoulder, with as much arrogance and feature as any in the offering. She struts around on an awesome hind leg construction with the added bend and reach, which is even more impressive when considering the added width and sheer punch this thing is packing. A good lookin, loud featured, intriguing breeding piece once the halter gets hung up.

One tricked out pony. Elegance, power, body, build, and an incredible attitude. Lot 30 glides around with a mouthwatering level of natural presence, and makes it look easy with such a comfortable stride, displaying a heightened degree of flex and reach off both ends. She’s big backed, burly, bold stifled, and pried apart, yet transitions seamlessly from front to back with such a smooth design. Raised by the Floyd family in the deserts of Western Kansas, who are incredible people with an awesome setup, they were hunting a chi donor a few years ago and I suggested they look at a Who Da Man female that was nearly 20% chianina, and had a little different pedigree on the bottom side, but was an easy doin female with an enjoyable disposition. Her first set of ETs knocked it out of the park, and we think Lot 30 will be a blast to show.

Hereford enthusiast or not, you’ve gotta appreciate one built like this. Who doesn’t like a whale bodied, mongo piped, Clydesdale footed, square hipped animal that uses both ends of her skeleton in such a fluent and flexible fashion, yet brings her own sense of natural presence and pride into the equation? Raised by my dear friends, the Meindhardt’s and their son-in-law Callahan Grund. She’s a striking resemblance of her mother, who went on a rampage through the state of Kansas, winning the Herefords at Kansas Beef Expo, State Show, State Fair, and supremed jackpots all spring. This Roll The Dice daughter carries the same robust and obnoxious center cavity, huge hair, and loose skeleton, but this one ties it all together in a more seamless fashion with a larger outline. A Hereford with a powerful silhouette and tucked up chest floor, she never has an off day, and gets better every week.

We lead off the deepest set of High Maine females we’ve ever offered with one I’m quite fond of. Although young, she’s mighty. Everything’s so balanced and collected, and she glides around on a huge set of feet and legs effortlessly. She’s smooth made, yet bold and shapely from behind. She reps an awesome chest floor, neck length, and head shape. A huge haired baby Maine female that more than makes up for her lack of maturity with all her positive attributes and complete build. Her mother was one we got from Braun’s, a Live Action out of All Me’s Grand dam, making her a ¾ sister to the hottest Maine bull on the market currently. This is only her second calf, but needless to say, she’s here to stay. Sired by the Maine Anjou Show bull of the year for Liss and Bremer two years back, and trailing back to Bremer’s infamous 849 donor on the top side, and greats like Minnaert’s Katie and K&A Celeste on the bottom, she’s bred for greatness when the halter comes off.

Huge running gear that grip and grab like a dream, a wicked presence, and the bold, swoopy center cage. She’s outlined like a show cow’s supposed to be with some added substance and punch. Dripping with hair, this All Me is simply captivating from any angle. Her mother raised the Mainetainer show heifer of the year for Fawcett’s a few years back, who grabbed Reserve honors at Louisville and OKC, and won Denver. Much like her sister, this is a later maturing option, but come spring I think she’d be a blast to parade around. She hails from an awesome outfit in southeast South Dakota, originally Simmental Breeders, until Kassi came along and talked some sense into Jared Werning, I’d say a couple more like this and she’ll have him fully converted to the Maine breed.

Creature. One of the most unique individuals in the offering, and a show pony through and through. Big, soft boots with the fur that grab the ground with authority and ease, the bold soft rib cage, a huge pin set and bold stifle, with a picturesque neck attachment and head carriage. Her presence is unrivaled, and you can’t help but stop and stare, no matter what time of day, it’s simply commanding 24/7. This awesome haired purebred Maine is backed by a cow that has done it again and again for Dorsey’s. She has produced two sons that made it to the Buck Bull Battery in the past two years, not to mention the flush sisters to this female that have commanded well over $20,000 this fall, as well as a sister that was top 5 in the prospect show in Denver this year. The power, elegance, presence, and build this one combines is a challenge to find in one package, and we think her future success in the show ring will reflect that. She may be younger and a bit immature, I still think her quality and out there pieces will launch her to the top this winter, next summer, and as a bred. One that will be just as much fun in the donor pen as the show ring.

One soft, smooth made, bendy legged, loose built High Maine female. With a killer ear set and skull shape, awesome neck attachment and sleek front third, this Driving 80 daughter carries back to such a bold and deep center rib cage, and parades it all around on such a textbook set of gigantic feet and legs. A wide pinned, but long muscled female that’s backed by a cow that simply can’t miss. Her dam, 5F, was Supreme Female at Kansas State Fair a few years back, as well as Champion Maine Angus at the American Royal, but her short tenure in production thus far has been through the roof. The AI Sire, Me Too, was her natural calf two years ago, a daughter won Supreme at South Dakota State fair last year, as well as the Denver Maine Angus show for the Fawcett family, and another daughter was just crowned 4th Overall at Aksarben. I think she campaigns well on the tan bark, but her best days are in production, with her versatile build, ideal structural setup, and a pedigree that’s bred to generate.

Awesome built End Game daughter with the soft and sound running gear. A chubby bodied Mainetainer female that is first year showman approved, and senior year quality. A dense made, huge footed, monster boned March born that makes the whole striding out thing look like a walk in the park. Her mother is a no-miss kind of donor, that won big herself. 5F was Supreme Female at Kansas State Fair a few years back, as well as Champion Maine Angus at the American Royal, but her short tenure in production thus far has been through the roof. The popular AI Sire, Me Too, was her natural calf two years ago, a daughter won Supreme at South Dakota State fair last year, as well as the Denver Maine Angus show for the Fawcett family, and another daughter was just crowned 4th Overall at Aksarben. One that is almost too tame to get a good look in the run, but tied up and on the halter comes together incredibly well.

Watch this calf’s video. It’s hard to find cattle this opened up and soft, yet this mobile and flexible on the move, that still have a high neck attachment and natural presence. Don’t immediately discount her due to having a dab of jaw, because that’s literally her only hole. She’s so complete and glides around on a remarkably well assembled structural setup with coordination and the soft bendy legs. She’s dense haired, awesome bodied, and packs some real punch from pin to pin. Her mother is a no-miss kind of donor, that was Supreme Female at Kansas State Fair a few years back, as well as Champion Maine Angus at the American Royal, but her short tenure in production thus far has been through the roof. The popular AI Sire, Me Too, was her natural calf two years ago, a daughter won Supreme at South Dakota State fair and the Denver Maine Angus show for the Fawcett family, and another daughter was just crowned 4th Overall at Aksarben. Lot 45 was the result of an embryo purchase from the Deyoe family, incredible people, and what they lack in height, they more than make up for in their ability to manage and raise livestock. Throw Minnaert’s Katie influence in from the top side, and this thing is bred to win. Manage that bit of jaw, and you’ll have a fun ride.

Big paws, big pins, bold bodied, and the build that’ll last forever. This one came in late and has only been here for 2 weeks now, but has flat out gotten after it. Consequently, a little green yet, but I think this is very high quality bovine. That big hipped, that bold stifled, but smooth and long in her muscle pattern. A back shape that big and square, but sports the ideal lower rib sweep and shape that the show ring idolizes. Her front end construction is text book, with a short shoulder blade that’s laid back in it’s angle, a knee that is square with the proper set, all while maintaining a tall fronted look due to an ideal neck attachment. Her type and kind, and pedigree, make her a perfect candidate for all of the All Me and Data Bank derivatives that have made the breed hot. Backed by a beautiful young cow working for Nagel’s in South Dakota, her dam has an incredible udder floor, and was smooth made and easy doing, she gave model angus cow vibes with Maine Anjou power, and we think her daughter echoes the same type.

Big Bertha’s up next. This thing is a hoss. I mean just a whale. Hugeeee bodied, massive boned, giant hipped and wide pinned, with a back big enough for a fat kid to roll around twice and not fall off. A belly dragger of a High Maine that is so soft, so stout, and so 3-Dimensional, and carries it around on a dinner plate sized foot and bone with an awesome hind leg set. She screams Donor Cow at the top of her lungs. Her mother was a freak show of a Maine Angus that Sullivan’s bought off this sale a few years ago for $45,500, my good buddy Jake Nikkel and I bought her back as a bred, and this is her debut in production. She possesses her mothers presence, added body, and bone, but she takes the punch and feature to a whole new level. She has an awesome personality, and I promise you she’ll be the easiest keeping High Maine you’ve ever had around. Fun bovine that is massive and extra in every sense, and will be a blast to breed on.

Freak on a leash. This itty bitty necked, robust bodied, and huge pinned baldy Mainetainer is so loud in so many aspects. One that fits a multitude of production goals, whether you’re a Maine breeder, or dabble with the show steer game, she has all the pieces to make high dollar haltered cattle. A bold stifled, big backed, no chested yet deep caged individual that strikes the ground on a monster foot and bone with awesome lower joint work and mobility. She originated at the esteemed Fawcett operation in South Dakota, and is backed by a prolific Whiskey daughter from BPF that’s put her fair share of progeny in the winner’s circle and high sellers list. She has a cool personality, and an even cooler outline, fun critter.

Something a little different than we’re used to having around, but good is good. She’s loud featured in every aspect, from her color, to her back and ass width, her exotic look up front, her pedigree, down to the boots with the fur she struts around on. Show her as a low chi, mainetainer, commercial, steer momma, I don’t think it really matters, she’s hard not to appreciate. The GAIG females have been a hot commodity the past few years, proving their worth and versatility in a variety of show ring avenues, and this one follows suit. She’s monster piped with the coveted cushion to her lower joints, a swoopy center body, elevated chest floor and rip neck, all while packing around an immense degree of power and width from head to tail. Not much more I can say that her video doesn’t explain

The late addition to the sale that just came in from the co-op a few weeks ago, and has only had a few baths, is one I’m a fan of. A long, level, smooth made, wild necked Mainetainer with the hind leg that dreams are made of. She’s quiet natured, but still has that natural presence that nearly every judge can’t stop ranting about. Bold sprung in the shape to both her upper and lower rib cage, wide pinned, shapely, but smooth muscled and lady-like in her pattern. This soft haired, dual registered female has an exciting twist of a pedigree. Her sire is the $62,500 valued OKC Maine Sale Feature from the Tlach Family, a BOE Gronc son that is out of their 2019 Chianina Jr. National Champion we sold them, backed by the incredible 210 donor of Sleichter’s. Lot 43 represents the first batch of ETs out of our 1330 donor, the Supreme Female at Kansas State Fair, and Reserve Supreme Female at Aksarben two years back. She echoes the same outline, with a tucked up chest floor, awesome head and jaw with a sweet ear set, and dead level hip and smooth design. A bit immature yet, but this one continues to just get better.

A show cow from head to toe. Husky bodied with dripping shag, a neck that shoots out the apex of her shoulder, and big soft paws. She struts around with a heightened degree of arrogance, and her pedigree is doubled up with bulls that are very well known for finding backdrops over the past few years. One that’s green yet, but is packing it on the longer she’s on feed. If you’re looking for one that will never have a bad day in the ring, and will be a fun one to feed that will always be hairy, look into lot 44.

Meow. Yes, she’s green and immature. Yes, she held her tail up the entire time she was in the picture pen. Yes, she’s a bad ass. This one has as many big time, hard to make pieces as any in the sale. An insane level of natural presence, dripping with hair, and parks with a mouthwatering pose, throwing that sexy hind wheel right where it needs to be every single time. Loose spined, huge bodied, tiny necked, with a big square pin set. Her front end assembly is what we’re looking for, short shouldered with an incredible angle, elevated but set back and bendy in her knee with all feet pointing forward, and a collected and tucked up chest floor. I’m aware, her pedigree is nothing new to the industry, but if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. She’s a full sib to Sullivan’s many time National Champion, Style’s Greatest, as well as full sib to the dam of Sey’s Dominant High maine female this year, and countless other banner hangers at every level. Katie’s Greatest 46M is one you need to come see in person to truly appreciate, but she’s bred to win, and bred to produce, just apply feed and watch her work.

Obnoxiously deep bodied, huge pinned, giant footed, with a little neck and tidy chest floor. Lot 47 is insanely tame, and was consequently a challenge to get footage of, but she packs so much product and so many cool pieces. Backed by a new donor for the Staudt Family, that originated from the prestigious Crall outfit, a Gronc x Daiquiri, a maternal sister to the ever popular Prime Time bull. Sired by the sire of champions far and wide, 24 Karat, this one is bred to both win, and produce. Her proportions are wild, with a belly and underline that massive, a front end that elevated, and still packing some upper hip and skeletal width throughout. She hits the surface with some added cushion, and drives off all fours with the flexibility and reach necessary for success in the ring.

Huge fan. If you’re looking for one that will be highly competitive as a big bred, but has the age and size to fight this winter and spring, look no further. Her constant natural presence and head carriage is enamoring. The comfort to her spine and the stable and coordinated fashion in which she utilizes all fours is what we’re all searching for. Combine a big hip, wide pin set, and some skeletal width, but a feminine and lady-like feature about it all, and you have yourself a winning recipe. Swoopy bodied, bold sprung in her upper rib cage, virtually no chest, and a tiny neck that attaches right out the apex of her shoulder. She’s dense haired, big footed, and the list goes on. Her mother was top 5 at Maine Anjou Jr. Nationals for the Lettinga Family, and originated from the renowned Buck Program of Oklahoma. 10 out of 10 in both the build and look department, with more than enough power and product to get the job done on a large scale.

Better bred RED! We lead off what I think is our most unique set of Red females to date with a smoke show out of the first calf crop of ROSE WEBR Powerglide, the high selling bull in our 2023 Bull Sale, whom Daniel Weidenbach selected and has gotten along famously with. Lot 49 is the definition of beast mode, although young, she is Sporty. This arrogant beauty struts around on a gigantic set of coordinated and flexible running gear, with a monstrously deep and bold rib cage, a long and smooth muscle pattern with a perfect pin set, and the soft cherry red hairs. She has one of the coolest personalities in the offering, and is fit for any age of showman. What she lacks in maturity, she more than makes up for in extras. Her mobility and cushion to her lower joints goes against the grain for the breed, and launches her towards the top on the tan bark. Backed by a go-to donor in the Weidenbach program, and with Powerglide being a son of one of the most impressive Red Females, BHR Copper 946, I have full faith this sexy tank will be just as successful in production as she is with a halter.

Red’s the new Black! Especially in regards to Lot 50. Hard not to like one that’s this soft, this 3-Dimensional, with the innate ability to parade around on an ideal structural setup so effortlessly, yet tacks on all the extras of hair, bone, a wicked front one third. She sports one of the most pliable, and attractive hind leg sets, regardless of breed. More importantly, this shaggy beast is backed by maternal greatness. Her dam, 425X, the mother to one of the lead off and high selling females in the historic U2 Dispersal, 35B, now successfully employed by Niobrara, and is also the mother of our high selling red two years ago, a full sister to Lot 50, that commanded $31,500 for half interest and went on to win the calf division at OKC, and Reserve red at OYE as a calf. Anytime you make one pried apart, huge bodied, tucked up chested and long necked, that’s comfortable in their stride, with a big bendy back leg and the cherry red hairs to boot, you’re going to have a good day at the fair. Throw in her mother’s added doability, udder floor, impressive consistency, and it’s going to be a fun ride.

A member of a very successful flush of Red females. With two full sisters selling two years ago for $31,500 and $10,000 for half of each, respectively, one won the calf division at OKC and was Reserve Red at OYE, her third full sister sells as Lot 50 above. Much like her flushmates, she’s huge centered with an incredible sweep to her underline, a bendy and flexible rear wheel, with the neat head shape and tidy chest floor. She has an awesome disposition, the good hoof shape, and is backed by my maternal power to the hilt. Her dam, 425X, is the model Red Angus cow, raising another one at 14 years of age, and is also the mother to one of the lead off and high selling females in the historic U2 Dispersal, 35B, now successfully employed by Niobrara, as well as throwing several high sellers and sons that have went out and produced. Extremely deep centered, opened up through her center cavity, and flexible off either end. Backed by a Browns Redemption daughter employed by Robinson Cattle, that has been on fire for them of late. One full sister was a division winner and many time champion out of the Reds on the Rise sale two years ago, and another maternal sib is the knock out red baldy a couple lots below. Reds like this never go out of style, pliable runners and an easy doin, chubby body style that will never hurt the pocket book, no matter how bad the drought may be. She’s square, she’s smooth, she’s soft, and most importantly, she’s sound. The first set of Progressive daughters have been everything we hoped. He transmitted his incredible hind leg, smooth make up, and a reliable and easy to breed on structural setup. This dark red, awesome colored March born female is a maternal sister to WD Extra 271, our new promotional sire owned with Premium Beef Genetics and Robinson Cattle. Her mother 8134, owned with Wyatt Durst, who stems back to the immortal Mimi W085, has thrown several other high selling sons and daughters for C-Bar and others over the past few years, and we’re excited to see what the future brings. Lot 52 is tough to put a hole in, robust in her rib cage, opened up in her center skeleton and wide to the ground, she ties high with an attractive ear set and skull shape. Her hip is perfect, and the curvature and usage to her spine is highly desirable. Awesome attitude, good calf. Big fan. This cherry red, incredible legged tank is backed by one of my favorite red females to hit the chips. 1049 was owned with the Bjorklund family as they led her to 3rd Overall at Jr. Nationals, and Champion Red Angus at Louisville. We unfortunately lost her to a freak ordeal with mother nature this past winter, but the only two sisters to have sold thus far commanded $21,500, and $15,000, respectively, one was just crowned Reserve Supreme at Minnesota Beef Expo this weekend. Lot 54 inherited her mothers overwhelming center body and perfect swoopy underline, as well as a big, soft, pliable hind leg that dreams are literally made of. She’s huge hipped, square pinned, so smooth and seamless in how she transitions from front to rear, and still possesses a tucked up chest floor and collected head and neck. She’s extremely easy doing, and will certainly never need to receive a kernel of corn during her show carrier. She’s first year showman approved, to the point she’s difficult to get to move and look at when she’s out in the run. Good beef, good show heifer, great donor prospect.

Cow Candy. This Bieber Spartan daughter is just a flat out good animal. Square and huge hipped, monster bodied, and grabs the ground with some of the biggest, most ideal shaped feet. Her hind leg construction is as ideal as it gets. This mating was designed to make a herd sire or cow candy, but ended up getting a show heifer. Her elevated front end, laid back shoulder angle, and perfect neck attachment only add to the appeal her sweet ear set and nifty head carriage bring to the table. She’s a maternal sister to Peterson’s Reserve Female at Jr. Nationals this summer, the $30,500 for half interest sale feature that Bowling’s were unstoppable with in Missouri this winter, not to mention the AI Sires such as Maxed Out, Powerglide, Halestorm, and Jesse Weber’s high selling bull last spring. Her dam, 946, is one of the most impressive cows I’ve seen in production, regardless of color, breed, or origin. In her prime, that was a perfect uddered, giant footed with the right shape, tank of a cow. I think can be managed to find success in the show ring, but is priceless as a cow piece.

A good looking one with some absolutely wild proportions. She may be the shapeliest, and widest built red in the offering, with one of the tiniest necks and boldest upper rib cages. An awesome ear set, and sweet head only add to the appeal of her high tying neck attachment, slender crest, and tidy chest. Backed by WEBR April Fools 481, a past Louisville champion who raised multiple high sellers, including one at nearly $70,000 for Harmony Hill, the proof is in the pudding. Six Mile Revenant, despite his limited use, has put multiple females in the purple due their flexible skeletons, cushy joints, and added rib capacity. This is a combination female with some of the loudest features in the Red Angus division, that will not only be a blast to show, but a highly profitable piece in the pasture.

Power cow. A large outlined, incredibly square made, long hipped and wide pinned individual. She’s woofy, one that with that much size and scale that is still impressively deep bodied and bold sprung. A sharp fronted, long necked female who’s very balanced from the side, collected about her chest, bold in her forerib and heart, and long hipped with a smooth muscle pattern laid on. A dense, round boned female with huge feet that strike the surface with athleticism and ease. Backed by WEBR April Fools 481, a past Louisville champion who raised multiple high sellers, including one at nearly $70,000 for Harmony Hill, the proof is in the pudding. The result of another embryo purchase by the Deyoe family, I can’t thank them enough for their continued support of our program, and are ecstatic they sent this one to Abilene for the Sale. An attractive, stout featured, complete one with cow potency written all over sells here.

A calf I think you need to see in person to truly appreciate. Mongo footed, massive boned, burly muscled, square built, with an up-headed and attractive front one third, and a bold sprung cage. Every sale has a sleeper, here she is. This one came in from the co-op a tick behind, but has all the right pieces. A tucked up chested, tall fronted female with added power, shape, and width of center skeleton. Her front end construction is gangster, and she grabs the dirt on an incredibly shaped dark foot. Her impressive dam, 5085, has been a mainstay in our program, as well as Leon’s. She’s thrown two Reserve Female’s at OKC in the last 3 years, plus high sellers galore. She trails back to the infamous Cita 4060 of Weidenbach’s, and is a full sister to Powerhouse, the sire of Hartman’s Supreme female at the American Royal. If you have a little patience, I think this one will pay dividends.

An absolute unit. This thing’s a tank. Overwhelming in regards to the tremendous sweep of her center cavity and body. Monster pinned with a huge hip and an impressive degree of skeletal width and internal dimension. Extremely square built, with a big, bad ass back leg that grabs the ground with some flex and cushion atop a dark, perfectly shaped foot. She packs all that product around in such a fluid and smooth fashion, bending and reaching off all four so effortlessly. Another one with a great disposition, that still brings forth her own sense of natural presence up front, which is tough to get with cattle that are this woofy and massive throughout. Tough to build Reds with this much mass and capacity, that can still move like she does.

As out there built as any red in the offering, with unlimited potential and an extremely high ceiling. Lot 63 is the result of an Embryos on Snow purchase by the Enyart Family, and boy are we glad they let her come to Abilene for the Major Leagues. A wicked looking, huge pinned, stout featured female with some added substance and power, and a bold turn to her cage. She hits the surface with a huge, dark, incredibly shaped foot, motors around with reach and fluidity with some giant bones, and does it all with her head held high, due to that killer neck attachment and incredible Parabellum ear set she reps. 5085 daughters have a knack for finding the backdrop, and are starting to prove themselves in production to boot, like this female’s ¾ sister who sells as Lot 57. Her beast of a donor dam has thrown two Reserve Female’s at OKC in the last 3 years, plus high sellers galore. While still on the green and immature side of the fence, she gets better and better by the day, and has all the parts and pieces to win big when it counts.

Come one, come all. A unique, exquisitely featured beast. This cherry red bombshell sports a lot of hard to attain adjectives within her respective breed. She’s so pried apart, shapely, and stout with a huge back and bold stifle, yet long hipped and smooth muscled. Tall fronted, yet laid back in the angle to her shoulder, setting the stage for the wicked cool neck attachment and mouth watering look she showcases. She parades around on an incredible foundation, grabbing the ground with monstrous feet that are dark and perfect shaped, she’s incredibly flexible and stable on all fours with a dreamy hind leg set and one of the biggest and densest set of pipes in the whole set. A sweet headed female with an intriguing ear set, she’s dripping with shag and is one of the best colored, and softest haired Red’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of working on. Sired by Parabellum, who in his short tenure was incredibly talented at siring National Champions. Backed by Cita Catalina 001, this being her first daughter to sell, she herself was Reserve Female at OKC as a calf, Supreme at Ohio AGR, amongst other accolades. She hails from the Cita cow family, power in the blood and on hoof. She offers immense potential both on the tan bark, and in the donor pen.

A ¾ Sister to our high selling red last fall that garnered $39,500 for half interest. This first year showman approved female floats around on a dreamy back leg, she’s a smooth made individual that upholds the proper degree of muscle and power. She’s a perfect example of why we are high on these Progressive’s, making sound, functional cattle that are extremely easy to mate with their ideal structural setup. This soft haired, level designed female stems back to the illustrious Cita cow family, who is well known for making some of the most unique Reds in the game in regards to density, volume, and feature. Her mother is an awesome uddered, incredible footed, easy doing cow that simply hasn’t missed, and consequently made her way to the donor pen last year. Daphne here does a lot of things right, with an awesome personality, and will be fun to utilize in production.

A maternal sister to Hartman’s Jr. National, Denver, and Louisville Champ that just made top 5 at Aksarben a few weeks ago as well! Like her sister, this thing has a humongous, sexy back leg with the perfect lower cushion and circumference of bone. Shes big backed, bold sprung, and has a neck that shoots directly out the apex of a elevated shoulder and ideal front end construction. One with a sweet ear set who’s added feature of bone, density, and jointwork grabs your attention from pens away. A soft haired, good colored female with an awesome attitude, who I project to mature much like her sister of Hadley Hartman’s. One that I dub unique, as it’s rare to find reds with this kind of pliable feet and wheels that are that obnoxiously sized.

While she’s gotten extremely tame, and as you can see, gave approximately zero percent effort on picture day, this is an intriguing beef cow. Humongous feet and legs with insanely soft angles and cushion to her joints. She’s woofy, she’s hairy, and as efficient and easy doing as you could ever ask. Her mother won the calf division at OKC, and was a hot item all spring before a fluke accident took her out of campaigning as a bred. A dark, sound, smooth made female out of our popular new sire, NIO Progressive 1179. An awesome cow prospect with some of the biggest, softest running gear in the entire offering.

Gangster. A Red baldy that does so many things right. A burly, opened up, fat legged dual registered female that strikes the surface with a big set of soft paws, and does so with coordination and athleticism. Soft haired, arrogant, loose spined, and one that is so high volume through her center cage and upper body shape both. Her maternal sister won the calf division in the Red show for the Karst family two years ago, making a case for Reserve female. A maternal brother, R2C Covenant, is a promotional Red Angus sire you’ll hear more from this coming season. The Robinson clan has been known to raise both Simmis and Reds that fight at Jr. Nationals, they combined the two here in Lot 65.

Watch her video. I’m very high on this one if you’re wanting to play ball as a bred next summer and fall. You can’t put a more exquisite neck attachment, bold center cage, or picture perfect hind leg set in one. Set her in motion, she grabs the ground with ease and floats like we want them to, all with her head held high and a comfortable curvature to her spine. Get behind her and she’ll hit you with an impressive degree of width and true power for one this pretty. Her mother is a remarkable cow, perfect uddered with incredible feet and as efficient as they come. Her full sister was a many time jackpot winner, and 3rd overall at our state fair for the Karst family two years ago, and this one’s a better animal. Encore has proven he’ll put a halfblood simmi in the winners circle, and this one has the right maturity, right power, and the build and look to win big.

A 3/4 Simmi with the cool markings, swoopy rib cage, and a hind leg you drew in your notes during Chemistry class, and a long level hip. She strikes a pose with the best of them, with a tucked up chest floor, neck that shoots out the apex of her shoulder, and the big fluffy ears. Her donor dam was a neat creature herself, an incredible legged soft made one that found top 5 at Blackout, Kansas Classic, and won the percentages at our state fair for the Sleichter family, however her true place has been in production, unfortunately we lost her to hardware this past winter. Lot 67 is the result of an embryo purchase through our annual Genetic Sale by the Koons family, awesome people with a great eye that are sure to find a heightened level of success in years to come, and we’re pumped they let this one join us for the Major League Sale.

Fun livestock. Study her video. I’ve been fond of this one since she hit the ground with her incredibly opened up, square pin set, and insane level of arrogance and presence. A back so big, so wide, with a monstrous hip that remains dead level. She packs all this punch but somehow transitions seamlessly from each third of her body with a bold forerib and heart girth. Awesome footed, round boned, and a true athlete that motors with flex and reach and makes it look easy. If you know me, I talk a lot about front end assembly and shoulder construction, and this is what I’m after. A short shoulder, that’s laid back in its angle yet elevated, with the perfect set to her knee, all setting the stage for the silly high neck attachment and head carriage she sports all day, every day. Bold spring and high volume in her center cavity, soft haired, and backed by one bad ass cow. 22X is averaging over $10,000 on over 50 sons sold, we got ahold of her late in life, and unfortunately lost her to anaplas just last month. This maternal sister to the calving ease phenom, EGL Firesteel, is a baller no matter what your goals are.

Regardless of your avenue of production, this OMF Journeyman daughter fits into an array of program wants and needs. One with a flexible pedigree for both bull and female production, she’s as burly and chalked full of power as anything in the offering, yet has a neck that shoots directly out the top of her shoulder with unlimited presence and poise. A massive center cavity and bold sprung rib cage, and struts around with a skeletal setup so loose and comfortable that if she wasn’t DNAed, I’d argue she wasn’t a purebred Simmental. Big, round bones that bend and flex with ease, this soft, thick haired baldy has it goin on. Backed by the immortal Vicki Donor of Werning and Hicks. She’s raised countless high sellers, champions, and herd sires, and her daughters are going on to do the same. Including the maternal sister to this female that just raised Weis’s $106,500 high seller. Bid early, and bid often, Jared Werning raised this one, and since he finally bought Kassi a ring, he’s about to have a whole other mailbox full of bills.

Love her. If you’re into loose built, feminine featured purebreds that have a lady-like muscle pattern, soft rib cage, forever legs, with a little later maturity mattern and wicked front third, and a pedigree that’s stacked up to create a money generating machine, then this is your lot right here. Sired by the immortal Pays To Believe, and backed by Tim Schaefer’s Foxy donor, who simply didn’t miss in the high sellers and banner catching departments before her untimely demise. This is my speed of bovine, built for the long haul, looks like a female should, but still has the wide, square pen set and incredible underline and center cavity. Her neck ties precisely out the Apex of her shoulder, her neck and head are so attractive, with a sweet ear set and sleek crest. Her feet and legs are a 10 outta 10, and her hair is comin on fast. Fun purebred Simmental here. Long and smooth, yet pried apart and bold centered. This big boned, high tying Rebel daughter is tough to pick a hole in, and brings a lot of good to the table. A shapely yet smooth muscled, big outlined individual that sports an incredible head carriage and neck set, and drops back to such a dimensional package, but totes all that punch around with a comfortable spine, soft pastern, and flexible skeleton. A square made, jet black female backed by all the cow power and banners you could possibly imagine. Her donor dam, 18H, was top 5 at every show she attended, starting at Kansas Beef Expo, Kansas State Fair, Aksarben, and was Reserve Purebred at American Royal. 18H’s maternal sister happens to be Pryor’s Copacetic that was Supreme at Iowa Beef Expo and Reserve at Jr. Nationals, and her full sister just commanded 180K for Chad Holtkamp last month, to say there is power in the blood would be an understatement. 18H echoes much of the same kind and outline as her mother, with more power, and a taller front end construction and striking look.

A smooth, pried apart, soft centered, high tying purebred with flexible and pliable running gear, a high neck attachment, combined with a dense haircoat and an awesome attitude, sign me up. She’s hard to pick a hole in, and does so many things right. Lot 73 is a square built, bold bodied purebred that grows on you the longer you study. One that gets off either end with authority and ease, in such a fluid fashion when set in motion. Her genetic backing is even more intriguing, she’s a maternal sister to Weis’ $106,500 high seller last week, and her mother wrote her own list of accolades in the show ring for the Lashmett family, including top 5 at Illinois Beef Expo, and a division champion at every national show, she stems back to the immortal Vicki donor of Werning and Hicks. Sired by Next Level, who put multiple females in the top 5 at his first Jr. Nationals and is responsible for high sellers across the country. Come on with it! Giant pipes, bold ribbed, commanding presence that grabs your attention from 3 pens away, and she reps an ideal skeletal setup that allows her to float around with ease and fluidity atop an absolutely perfect shaped, clydesdale sized foot. So 3-Dimensional, a wide based, big pinned, square hipped beast that packs all the punch and power you could want in one, but lays it on in a lady-like fashion. Her unique tandem of all that woof, with a neck that ties directly out the apex of her shoulder, the big fuzzy ears, sweet head carriage, a soft center cavity, and the ability to get out and motor like she does, screams success on the big stage. This is her mother’s first set of ET calves for the Sleichter Family, and I’d say she’s here to stay. Her dam was a $40,500 sale feature out of our 4021 (Pays to Believe Donor owned with Robinson), in this sale a few years ago, and went on to make top 5 at Kansas Beef Expo, then went on a tear and won Supreme at every jackpot attended after that, Iowa AGR, Missouri AGR, and Aggieville, then went on to win Denver as a bred. Lot 75 is a better haired, spitting image of her mother, with a bigger, softer back leg, deeper center body, and more punch. Big fan.

Beef cow. One you need to see in person to truly appreciate just how sound, seamless, and soft she is. A wide, woofy, smooth made, front pasture bovine.
