These are all common and recognized symbols and defintions within the the fabric industry but should not be constructed as a guarantee that desired results will be obtained by following these methods. We strongly recommend that you call our service department or a professional fabric care service. Always test cleaners in a hidden area before proceeding. Be sure to carefully follow the given instructions provided to extend the life of your fabrics.

Clean this fabric with pure solvents (Petroleum Distillate-Based products). Pretest a small area before proceeding. Professional drycleaning is highly recomended. CAUTION: Water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinking. Water stains may become permanent and unable to be removed with solvent cleaning agents. To prevent overall soil, frequent vaccuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended.
Clean this fabric with water-based cleaning agents or water-based foam to remove overall soil. Many household cleaning agents are harmful to the colour and life of the fabric. Spot clean with a mild solvent, an uphosltery shampoo, or the foam from a mild detergent. Do not saturate. When using a solvent or dry cleaning product, follow instructions carefully and clean only in a well ventilated room. Pretest a small area before proceeding. Avoid any product that is highly toxic. Use a professional cleaning service when an overall soiled condition has been reached.
Clean this fabric only by vaccuming or light brushing to prevent accumulation of dust and grime. Water based foam cleaners or solvent based cleaning agents of any kind may cause excessive shrinking, staining, fading or distortion of the surface pile and therefore should not be used. Use water based cleaning agents only
Launder or spot clean this fabric with water-based non-chlorinated cleaning agents to remove overall soil. Do not use solvents. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Water temperature should not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheight. Drying temperatures should not exceed 160 degrees Fahrenheight. To prevent overall soil, frequent vaccuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended.
Clean this fabric with water-based cleaning agents, foam or pure solvents (Petroleum DistillateBased products). Do not saturate. Pretest a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding. Pile fabrics brushing with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to restore appearace. Hot water extraction or steam cleaning is not recommended. Cushion casings should not be removed and laundered or drycleaned separately. Professional drycleaning services are recommended. To prevent overall soil, frequent vaccuming or light brushing with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to remove dust and grime is recommended. Clean spots or stains from the outside to the middle of the affected area to prevent circling. Use a professional cleaning service when an overall soiled condition has been reached.
