t’s lunchtime at Otsego Manor. Coffee and tea are offered as diners take their place around a long table, and plates of steaming hot food are set on cheery autumn-themed paper placemats “Sometimes when you go into a nursing home, they’re corralled into a big diningroom,” said Ed Marchi, Claire Cardinale tickles her Manor administrator. “Here, it’s like a restaurant.
