Educator New Superintendent Of City Schools

oseph Yelich is on the job as new superintendent of the Oneonta City School District. Formerly Waverly Central School superintendent, he replaces Mike Shea, who retired at the end of 2012. David Rowley, retired Edmeston school superintendent, had served in an interim role. SUNY REAFFIRMED: SUNY Oneonta has received reaffirmation of its accreditation for a 10-year period by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education Association.
