Behind the name of Kendrick Homes lies over a century of craftsmanship, commitment to quality and pride in a job well done. William Kendrick, Black Country man and bricklayer, founded the company in 1880. Soon his reputation for skilled and conscientious work was winning him substantial contracts all over the region. Later, he was joined by his son, who continued to guide the company’s growth after the founder’s death at the ripe old age of ninety-one.
