Mission: An alliance of Fortune 500 business Leaders and small business Owners working together to build a better Manteca for its citizens. Core Values: We share common values that hold that ethical obligations are based on common ethical values applicable and knowable to all, regardless of gender, race, age, politics, or religion. We adopt trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship as the foundation of all of our programs. Purpose: Founded for charitable purposes, to provide assistance to and participate in programs with other charitable organizations, public schools and students and for the betterment of the community. Background: The Manteca Business Alliance was launched February 24, 2011 from the need of servicing, assisting and encouraging the citizens of the City of Manteca to support the businesses within their city while it provides mentorship, training and leadership to our future generations. Programs: Leaders in Sportsmanship, Leaders in Education, Volunteerism and Mentorship, Meet our Leaders Luncheon Series and Children are Leaders of Tomorrow are our basic programs through which the Manteca Business Alliance channels its support and leadership back to the community it serves. Funding: The Manteca Business Alliance funds its programs through a series of fundraising activities held throughout the year. Leaders in Sportsmanship hold several sports events while Meet our Leaders Luncheon Series holds special luncheons with nation and worldwide leaders.
Partnerships: We welcome partnerships with other respectable and indispensable business leaders, non-profit organizations and/or corporations that share our core values. We find this to be a positive and proactive approach to what we believe in, and helps fulfill the purpose we have set forth for the Manteca Business Alliance.
