This project presents an overview of the company INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE APLICATION, the acronym in Spanish means "intelligent software application," which is composed of eleven partners in the career of Information and communication Technologies area Systems in the Technological University of Tecamachalco.
On each page of the manual follows the organization of the company specifies each of the roles played by members of the organization which is decided based on the skills of the members and their consent to participate in that area.
To work with the organization and keep track of all activities were established formats in which information is carried to activities performed by each of the members, while defined rules for the organization which the points decision have been taken in all the working group without exception taking into account the problems that can occur in everyday life.
Presents an organizational chart which defines which areas are most important, of course that the organization no differences in the areas, ie that all areas are important for shaping the organization so that none is more than another, all are equally important to work to meet the objectives of the company and thus provide a high quality service.
