Our Crypto training uses proprietary methods and platform. Are you looking to learn a new skill and supplement your income or want to add a CPD Certified trading experience to your CV. We have limited spaces available on a rolling basis for this unique opportunity. You will develop in-depth knowledge and practical experience in a reputable proprietary trading firm.
Crypto Funded Trader Options after Stage 1 Training a. In-house Trader
£250 + VAT per month
Upon completion of Stage 1 Trader Training, traders are able to continue their prop trading on our new trading floor. Desk fees apply which are subsidised for the initial three months for our in-house traders to continue their progression amongst seasoned traders. This fee covers the hire of your seat on the trading floor, access to our trading floor infrastructure and the on-going mentoring and trader development. All remote traders receive on-going mentoring as long as you are trading with our capital. Remote traders will be charged a monthly fee to cover the ongoing mentoring and trader development. Stage 1 The Trader training is completed via an allocated trading terminal on our trading floor and/or our virtual learning portal remotely. You will cover the following topics; Fundamental analysis with a focus on macroeconomic drivers and figures, technical analysis covering both primary and secondary indicators, money management with trading risk management and develop a good understanding on how to minimise psychological biases impacting your trades. You will be guided and mentored by traders with allocated slots to observe a trader. There will be regular trading competitions to test your application of theory and group tasks to partake through presentations and whiteboard work. Our trading team will provide weekly market analysis webinars, market reports and 1-2-1 trader consultations. Stay in the loop of market moves with our communications platform and online trading room.
Stage 2 You will receive access to a Guaranteed Live Trading account with a minimum size of $1,000 and thereafter capital allocation will be assessed on an ongoing basis which will be based on a performance evaluation. This will allow us to gauge how you perform with real emotions involved and market price fluctuations impacting your trades. A trade mentor will be by your side for support with on-going development and reviews of your documentation. Upon completion you become a fully-fledged Alphachain Crypto Prop Trader.
Stage 3 Become a top performing trader and increase your capital with consistency, good risk management and profitable trading alongside the Alphachain team. Stage 1 Objectives Week 1 Week One Objective: To achieve an understanding of the markets you will be learning the theory with Introduction to trading and Learn to Trade through our learning portal while applying these concepts within a demo trading platform. By the end of week one, you will have: Obtained an understanding of global financial markets and a good foundation in technical analysis. You will know how to independently apply technical tools to form trade ideas and apply good risk management while selecting technical tools to use going forward. Week 2 Week Two Objective: Development and application of strategies, you will learn the macro fundamentals of trading. We will now take a tailored approach to your trading development by testing our strategies and using selected indicators to refine your own strategies. By the end of week two, you will have: Familiarity with all trading techniques applied with selected strategies to focus on based on your trading style. Be able to understand fundamentals and how macro data releases impact market prices. Week 3 Week Three Objective: Ability to implement the full trade process and develop a higher level of understanding for the selected strategies by carrying out back tests while forward testing. Address any shortfalls of your knowledge and strategies with your mentor. By the end of week three, you will have: Reviewed how your selected strategy works in different market conditions and have statistical evidence based on historical data of success rate and probability. Created a trade plan which includes your strategies and personal goals. Week 4 Week Three Objective: Development of consistent and profitable trading approach. Increase your understanding of asset class inter-dependencies and market correlations. Work to proactively address mistakes highlighted by your mentor. Build into risk and maximise your exposure across defined tradable assets. Regular mentor sessions will keep you focused to maintain high standards while providing guidance on areas of development from reviewed documentations of trade journals, blotter and statistics. By the end of reaching target, you will have: achieved a high level of macroeconomics, market behavior and technical analysis knowledge. Build an ability to handle the psychological challenges of decision making whilst under pressure. You have managed risk effectively to achieve a consistent trading performance.

There will be psychological biases impacting your trading and a trade mentor will be there to help define non-monetary goals and areas of development to break through plateaus. You will have: Candidates are now able to operate as a fully-fledged proprietary trader. You have the ability to fully manage your own trading desk and book.
