Our training programme has been accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) awarding body and is regulated strictly with regular inspections to ensure the programmes meet the quality levels. They also ensure that the resources used in the programme are highly regulated and meet the right standards. Upon successfully completing all programme requirements a certification is achieved.
SO, WHAT IS CPD? So, what is CPD? CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive. CPD combines different methodologies to learning, such as training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing, all focused for an individual to improve and have effective professional development. MONTH 1: THEORY & PRACTICAL LEARNING Weeks 1 & 2 You will begin the online ‘Intensive Strategy Course’, covering our bespoke trading strategies, advanced technical analysis and risk management. You’ll learn how to identify some advanced technical patterns and how they can be used to create short and medium-term trading strategies. Furthermore, we will use examples to show how macroeconomic news releases can impact prices and what type of news could move markets when trading. You will also cover risk management techniques, pips and how to assess performance.
Weeks 3 & 4 In the latter part of the month you will begin to put what you have learned into action on your demo account. The application of the prior learning and theory is the most important step. You will have to quickly learn to navigate the brokerage and trading platform. Begin to analyse markets and react to macroeconomic data. Start to formulate trading strategies using fundamental data or news, technical analysis and indicators or quantitative methods. You must maintain Alphachain Capital’s risk management rules.

MONTH 2: STRATEGY PLANNING & TESTING During this month you will look to gain as much exposure by trading your strategies and doing back-tests to build statistical research on how well your strategy has worked in previous market conditions. This is an important period where you can learn to improve your trading and risk management techniques while learning more about your psychological approach to trading. We will carry out a trading comp assessment which will be based on how you perform as an individual as well as how you manage yourself in a team environment. Finally, you will create a trading plan and have it reviewed by our senior trader mentors.

MONTH 3: FURTHER TESTING & ASSESSMENT PERIOD Month three will be for further testing a assessment. Here we will assess you on your trading performance on the demo account putting into practice everything that was taught the previous weeks. You will follow your trading plan and maintain good risk management and psychology in the markets. At the end of the final week you will have a performance appraisal with a senior trader and mentor where you will submit your statistics. You will be provided with feedback and you will then be allocated your funded trading account to begin your role as a Junior Prop Trader. You will have regular mentoring sessions every month to continually improve and develop you as a trader while managing our capital. Capital increases will be provided once set profit targets are achieved.

GLOBAL TRADER PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS As a Junior Trader at Alphachain Capital you will be allocated a guaranteed $15k starting capital. As independent contractors our traders take home 50% of their trading profits each month. This is not an employed or salaried role. Monthly sessions with a mentor assessing their performance and help to refine their trading. Once the initial 6% target is met, capital is quadrupled to $60k, doubling each time a 10% target is met thereafter. You can be managing a large amount of capital in a short space of time by showing consistency in your trading. All Junior Traders are targeted with 3-5% account growth each month The role is flexible with no set working hours required.
