Leadership Circle
Leadership Circle is a community of our most generous and engaged sisters who invest $1,000 or more annually in the Real. Strong. Women.® Fund. Leadership Circle members have the unique opportunity to empower the philanthropic, educational and leadership initiatives of Alpha Chi Omega. In addition to monthly webinars with Fraternity and Foundation leaders, Leadership Circle members enjoy special communications and giving recognition.
LEADERSHIP CIRCLE SILVER
Leadership Circle Silver members who give $2,500 annually to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund receive Leadership Circle benefits, in addition to an invitation to Discovery Experience. Discovery Experience is an exclusive, curated donor experience held concurrently with Leadership Academy. It provides in-person connections with the National Council, lunch with collegians, networking opportunities with fellow donors, and a first-hand view of the programs and experiences Alpha Chi Omega offers.
LEADERSHIP CIRCLE GOLD
Leadership Circle Gold members who give $5,000 annually to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund enjoy all Leadership Circle Silver benefits, as well as an exclusive Leadership Circle Gold session at Discovery Experience and access to VIP conversations with Fraternity and Foundation leaders throughout the year.

How to Give
Gifts to qualify for Leadership Circle can be made in several ways:
• Online: One-time gifts of $1,000 or more or recurring gifts of $85/month or more can be made by credit card or ACH/EFT at the online giving page. Donors who reach Leadership Circle through recurring monthly gifts are also recognized as members of Foundation Partners.
• Stock or Cryptocurrency Gifts: Contact foundation@alphachiomega.org for more information on how to make gifts of stock or cryptocurrency.
• Check: Checks made out to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation can be mailed to:

Donors can also qualify for Leadership Circle by making multiple gifts to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund during Foundation initiatives (direct mail, Day of Giving, Founders’ Day Challenge or Star Booth) to reach a total of $1,000 or more during the Foundation’s fiscal year (August 1-July 31).
The Foundation also qualifies for qualified charitable distributions from an IRA, so donors can be part of Leadership Circle while also satisfying their required minimum distributions.

Giving to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund means you are giving to the greatest needs of the organization. The Real. Strong. Women. Fund supports all areas of the Foundation’s operations and addresses current and emerging needs in Alpha Chi Omega’s educational and philanthropic programming. Domestic violence awareness initiatives, mental health resources and leadership experiences are all made possible through donations to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund.
