O hotel, inaugurado em Abril de 2014, apresenta um conceito diferenciador de hotel-escola, em parceria com a Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto e onde os alunos podem aplicar na prática os seus conhecimentos. Ainda no Porto, surge em 2016 o The House Ribeira Porto Hotel, um hotel de 4 estrelas situado no coração da Baixa. Dispõe de 56 quartos e área multifuncional com bar e está dirigido a um público urbano, moderno, irreverente, exigente e informado que procura a autenticidade da cidade Invicta. Em Troia a Sonae Capital detém duas unidades hoteleiras. O Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartamentos, composto por 365 apartamentos onde a modernidade é aliada ao conforto e funcionalidade e que envolve as unidades Troiamar, Troiario e Troialagoa. Este espaço dispõe ainda de um Wellness Center e de um Business Center com capacidade para 800 pessoas. Porto Palácio Congress Hotel & SPA (PPH) is a 5-star hotel located in Porto business area, focused on the business and leisure segments. It has an integrated offer of services, in particular, a Congress Centre with 11 meeting rooms with a capacity for 600 people, a VIP Lounge and bar located on top floor with a 360º panoramic view of the Porto city, a food court with 4 restaurants and leisure and wellness with SPA and hairstyle and fitness club. The offer on the Troia Península consists of two different products. The 4-star Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartments located in the Central Area of the TROIA RESORT. After a major refurbishment as part of the renovation of the Peninsula, Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartments reopened in September 2008 offering 300 apartment suites and studios distributed for 3 building: Troiamar, Troiario and Troialagoa where modernity combines with the comfort and functionality. Aqualuz has also an integrated offer of services, which includes a Wellness Centre, a food and beverage area and a Business Center with capacity for 800 people. Troia Residence, with tourist apartments spread over four distinct buildings: Ácala, Marina and Beach Apartments and Beach Houses, fully furnished and equipped combining the privacy and comfort of a house with the services and convenience of a hotel.
