IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 1) Before starting assembly please take time to familiarise yourself with the instructions and the components listed on the back page, as this product could be unstable if incorrectly installed. 2) Do not place hot or cold items against or in close proximity to any glass surface unless an adequately thick insulating material is used to prevent such items coming into contact with the glass. 3) Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items. 4) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather with washing up liquid or soft soap if necessary; do not use washing powders or other substances containing abrasives as these may scratch the glass. 5) Do not sit or stand upon horizontal glass surfaces. 6) In order to maintain a high quality finish, when cleaning wooden panels please use a soft cloth with a suitable furniture polish if required. Please Note: Total maximum load for this support should not exceed 100Kg. This support must be assembled in accordance with these assembly instructions. Maximum load for the top glass shelf is 50Kg. Maximum load for cabinet top shelf is 30Kg. Maximum load for cabinet shelf is 30Kg. FLAP-HINGE n COMPONENT DETAILS
These assembly instructions are designed to help you assemble this product with ease. Please take time to read through this document thoroughly before commencing construction. A breakdown of the individual components in the flap-hinge assembly is given to the right.

• Ensure the flap-stay plates (arrowed) are fitted in the orientation shown. The FRONT flap-stay arms OF UNIT must be rotated during assembly to allow screw fixing.

• Locate internal side panels E over wooden dowels in base panel and push into position. Please ensure that the holes for the shelf pegs are facing the inside of the unit. • Insert wooden dowels into holes in top of internal side panels. • Locate small back panels panels.

• Screw metal dowels y into holes in cabinet top panel G . Take care not to overtighten.

• Assemble cabinet top panel (from Stage 4) to cabinet assembly from Stage 3. Ensure all wooden dowels locate correctly and tighten all cams.

• Carefully position the assembled cabinet on its back on a clean flat surface to avoid any damage.

• Attach left-hand leg H and right hand leg I to assembled cabinet using short screws z . Attach large plastic feet t to both legs.

• It is important that the legs are correctly positioned - the hole (arrowed) in each leg should be located at the top rear of the legs when assembled onto the unit (see diagram to the right).

• Attach metal back panel J to cabinet assembly using long screws aa , and nuts bb. Screws aa can be inserted through the cable tidy hole on the rear of the unit.

STAGE 8 • Turn the cabinet assembly over so that it rests on the plastic feet. • Insert shelf pegs cc into desired hole positions in cabinet side panels.

• Carefully insert glass cabinet shelf K ensuring it rests securely on shelf pegs.

STAGE 10 • Attach door assembly from Stage 9 to cabinet assembly using connecting screws from flap-hinge assembly n . • Before attaching the flap-stays, ensure that when the door is in the closed position the top edge of the door correctly aligns with the cabinet top shelf. • To acheive this, adjust the large and small screws in the centre of the flap-hinges. One screw needs to be loosened and the other tightened depending on the direction of the adjustment required. See illustration below.

STAGE 11 • Using connecting screws r , attach flap-stays to door plates (LH flap-stay shown).

• The braking force of the flap-stays may require adjustment. This can be achieved by turning the screw arrowed clockwise to tighten the movement or anti-clockwise to loosen the movement. Use screwdriver gg supplied to achieve this.

• Locate top glass shelf M into legs and metal back panel. It may be necessary to loosen screws securing the legs onto the cabinet during assembly.

• Secure glass top shelf in place with screws dd . • Ensure the screws securing the legs to the cabinet are fully tightened if it was necessary to loosen them during assembly of the top glass shelf.

• Attach self-adhesive cable tidy clips panel in positions shown.
