ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 1) Before starting assembly please take time to familiarise yourself with the instructions and the components listed on the back page, as this product could be unstable if incorrectly installed. 2) Do not place hot or cold items against or in close proximity to any glass surface unless an adequately thick insulating material is used to prevent such items coming into contact with the glass. 3) Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items. 4) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather with washing up liquid or soft soap if necessary; do not use washing powders or other substances containing abrasives as these may scratch the glass. 5) Do not sit or stand upon horizontal glass surfaces. 6) In order to maintain a high quality finish, when cleaning wooden panels please use a soft cloth with a suitable furniture polish if required. 7) Alphason Designs uses real wood veneers, consequently slight colour and pattern variation may occur and does not indicate a product defect. With natural wood, exposure to direct sunlight can produce colour change and should be avoided. Any slight change in colour over time does not indicate a product defect. Please Note: Maximum load for the glass shelves is 70Kg each. This support must be assembled in accordance with these assembly instructions. FLAT FACE.
STAGE 1 • Place one side panel A on its rear edge. Place chrome washer G either side of the glass side panel A . With screw H attach support bar E . • DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREW

EACH SUPPORT BAR HAS A FLAT FACE. ENSURE THE FLAT FACE IS FACING THE TOP OF THE UNIT AS SHOWN.

• Place the second glass side panel Attach other side of support bar
• Be sure to place chrome washer panel A .

AT THIS STAGE.
• Repeat this method in order to attach all other support bars E , once again ensuring the flat faces are positioned correctly.

STAGE 3 • Once all the bars have been attached please fully tighten all screws H with allen key I . • Fit all cover caps hand.

• Place stand into its upright position.

STAGE 4 • Remove self adhesive clear buffer M from backing and carefully position three equally along each rod on the flat face.

ENSURE ALL SUPPORT BARS FLAT FACES ARE FACING THE TOP EDGE AS SHOWN.

• Place carefully the glass shelves B , C and D onto support bars ensuring the glass shelves rest on clear buffers M . • Ensure rear of all glass shelves align with rear of side panels as shown below. • This will help with the correct installation of cable tidy.

• Remove protective covering before assembly

• Remove backing from one side only of the self adhesive pad L and attach to rear of angle bracket K . Repeat this and attach adhesive pad L to the underside of the angle bracket K as shown.

• Repeat this step for the second angle bracket
! STAGE 7
BEFORE PROGRESSING TO STAGE 7, IT IS ADVISABLE TO CLEAN CURVED AREAS AT THE BACK OF THE GLASS SHELVES WITH AN ALCOHOL BASED CLEANER TO ENSURE A SECURE FIX OF THE CABLE TIDY.

• Using one of the angle brackets K remove the backing off self adhesive pad L on the back section. Attach to top of cable tube J as shown.

• Remove backing off self adhesive pad on the underside of angle bracket K .

• Attach cable tidy J and bracket K to centre of cut out section on top of glass shelf D .

STAGE 8 • Unpeel backing off both self adhesive pads on remaining angle bracket K .

• Attach to bottom glass shelf
