You are welcome to leave your phone at the hotel reception desk, enabling us to contact you in emergencies.
Spa Dress Code You will find your individual wellness basket in yourroom; it contains a bathrobe, slippers and towels, which you can use in the Spa area and wellness gardens. You can also use this basket to carry your personal items. We ask that you wear swimwear and robe when entering the Spa area. The sauna area is a nude area and may not be entered while wearing swimwear etc. You will find fresh towels in the sauna area to cover yourself with if you so desire.

Use of the sauna Don’t rush! To achieve the desired therapeutic effects of the various saunas, it is absolutely necessary to take your time. Do not pointlessly switch between the various saunas, check page 8 for usage instructions. Once you have finished a sauna session, take a rest before starting the next one.
Children Our Spa area is a place for peace and quiet. We kindly request your consideration in this matter. Children or youth below the age of 14 are not permitted to enter the sauna area and should be supervised while in the pool area.
Your Spa Treatments We offer a very broad range of treatments. To meet your needs and wishes in reference to treatments and treatment times, we recommend you make reservations prior to your arrival. Please inform us of special requests, goals and health issues at the time of reservation so we can customize your treatments accordingly. We recommend arriving at the spa reception desk a few minutes prior to your treatmentwhere you will be welcomed by your therapist. The treatment time is all yours - close your eyes take a deep breath and let yourself enjoy moments of relaxation and well being.

Late arrival or missed appointment Please understand that we have to shorten your treatment time by the time you were delayed by in consideration of the next scheduled appointments. A missed appointment will still incur a 100% treatment fee. Treatments may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior without incurring extra charges. 50% of the treatment fee will be billed for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to the appointment time.
