Ultramar és un espai obert, amb una acurada posada en escena que ofereix una gastronomia sorprenent, una cocteleria d’autor i una àmplia oferta cultural amb una sostinguda programació durant tot l’any. Situat en un lloc privilegiat per gaudir de la badia de Roses, Ultramar és ideal per gaudir de tranquils matins, àpats relaxats davant del mar o nits animades amb glamour i diversió. Ultramar va néixer de la necessitat que tenia d’innovar Gerard Argemí, després de16 anys al front del seu anterior projecte; El Mas Sorrer de Gualta.

Ultramar is a space open to the sea that, with careful staging offers surprising gastronomy, signature cocktails and a wide cultural offer with a sustained program throughout the year. Ideally situated to enjoy the bay of Rosas, Ultramar is the ideal location to enjoy quiet mornings, relaxed meals by the sea or lively nights with glamor and fun. Ultramar was born out of the need for Gerard Argemí to innovate, after 16 years at the helm of his previous project; The Mas Sorrer de Gualta.

Ultramar est un espace ouvert sur la mer, qui, avec une mise en scène soignée, propose une cuisine étonnante, des cocktails signature et une offre culturelle variée avec une programmation importante tout au long de l’année. Situé dans un cadre privilégié pour profiter de

la baie de Rosas, Ultramar est l’endroit idéal pour savourer le calme matinal, déjeuner et se détendre face à la mer ou encore découvrir l’animation glamour et divertissante de la nuit. Ultramar est né du besoin d’innovation de Gérard Argemí, après 16 ans à la tête de son précédent projet, El Mas Sorrer de Gualta.
