Com veus la situació del mercat immobiliari de Barcelona i zona d’influència en aquesta nova etapa? How do you see the real estate market situation in Barcelona and surrounding areas at this stage?

“Per nosaltres ha estat un any amb menys operacions en el cas de les vendes, és clar. En lloguers hem recuperat el mateix nivell de 2019…i fins

i tot l’hem superat un xic. Però en vendes sí que hem fet menys. El que passa és que ens hem mogut en franges més altes de preu, tant en venda com en lloguer, però fonamentalment en venda, amb la qual cosa el nostre impacte de facturació ha estat menor. Jo diria que una de les característiques més importants que hem vist és la voluntat de sortir de la ciutat. Es va veure molt al juny i juliol, i s’ha mantingut durant tot l’any. Creiem que el 2021 podria ser una tendència predominant que continués.” “For us it has been a year of decreased operations regarding sales. On rentals we have recovered to the same level as 2019 .. we even increased a little bit. What happened? We have moved on higher price levels, both on the sales and rentals but mostly on sales. So the impact on billing has been smaller. I would say that one of the main trends we have seen is people wanting to exit the city. We saw it a lot in June and July and it kept going throughout the rest of the year. We think in 2021 this could be a prevailing trend”.
