Cool the affected area using cold water. Do not attempt to remove solidified bitumen from the skin. Take to hospital as soon as possible for further treatment.

Skin:

Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately wash the affected area of skin with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. DO NOT USE SOLVENTS OR THINNERS. Consult a doctor if any symptoms persist.

Eyes:

Rinse opened eye under running water for 15 minutes. Then consult a doctor if any symptoms persist.

Ingestion:

Do not induce vomiting; take to hospital with a copy of this safety data sheet.

Inhalation:

Move to fresh air; consult doctor if any symptoms persist.

Individual protection measures: Respirator suitable for organic vapours if the recommended exposure limit (see 8.1) may be exceeded, impermeable gloves, glasses and appropriate clothing. Avoid skin contact as much as possible.

If the product contaminates lakes, rivers or sewage, inform appropriate authorities in accordance with local regulations.
