EXPERIENCE

Since 1/01/2010 Siemens. Project manager Energy Division, Power Generation. Internal promotion. Responsibilities in Power Generation projects similar to previous position. Involved in all thermosolar plants in Spain equipped with Siemens (36 projects), Oil&Gas projects, gas turbines for CHP, wind farm and gas compression station. In 07/2010: Certified as Project manager; equivalent to IPMA certificate level C or PMI “Project Management Professional”. Responsible of a portfolio = 22,5M€ belonging to a total portfolio of 500M€ managed by Sweden and Germany. After international negotiation, cost savings and additional orders I achieve margin improves of 15 points. Projects delivered on time and with quality. Clients assisted and excellent feedback received. Since 20/01/2010 Owner of 12 kw in rooftop photovoltaic power station. 1/01/2008 to 1/01/2010 Siemens. Project manager Energy Division, High Voltage. In charge of Management, planning, programming and organization of human, technical, and economic resources needed in HV infrastructure projects. Responsible of customer relationship (new orders, change of scope, complains and claims). Daily relationship with the German Project manager. In charge of monitoring and supervision of projects’ execution from a technical (Schedule and scope), commercial and quality point of view. Risk Management, identification and quantification and contingency plans to avoid, transfer or minimize them. In 2008 responsible of a portfolio = 13.5M€. Delivered on time and with good economic outcome. In 2009 Commercial and sales responsibility: 13 orders booked = 9,5 M€. Management, development, follow-up and managers reporting of substations bids, participation in framework agreements with clients, etc.
