LOFT GUIDELINES 1. do not give temporary codes, or personal keycodes, to employees or non-members. 2. if you want to share/rent your equipment it is YOUR responsibility. 3. respect everyone’s desk space. Do not take or use anything of a co-member without their permission. 4. please keep music down to a reasonable level for everyone inside (and outside!) If a studio member wants to work quietly they have that right, so make sure to bring headphones in case they ask. 5. we clean out the fridge every monday, so if you have items in there that you want to keep, let us know! 6. please ask one of the founders before bringing in any additional furniture. We have limited storage so only certain things will be accepted.


7. if you have any complaints or concerns please address them to Alyssa Aviles - NOT Jeff, Jane, Mackenzie or any Smart Sixty Six tenant or employee. 8. we encourage you show off the space to your friends, family, and clients, but if there are other members working please keep it quiet and brief. You can also use our conference room or the hall lobby areas. 9. membership sessions are non-transferable 10. due to our membership, we cannot allow the space to be rented out for private sessions or events. if you are shooting sensitive subjects, please let the community know & we request you use our curtained area or you place signs on the door.

WORKSHOPS


In May 2014, we will be launching our workshops! Workshops will be taught by business professionals from the Pinellas county area, as well as some visiting teachers from out of state. Workshops will vary in price with the minimum being $50 per class. Members get a discount on workshop prices. Here are some topics we will be covering: • Photography 101 • Basics of Photoshop • Small Business Weekend: Branding, Development, & Legal Info • Taxes & Accounting for Small Business Owners • Basics of Painting • Basics of Drawing • Film Photography • Videography Basics If there’s a topic you would like to see covered, let us know!
