Welcome Note I am so excited and honored to welcome you to the Alyssa Turner Photography bridal guide! I hope this guide will help you to get to know me better, as well as a great reference tool in your wedding planning. Planning your dream wedding is such an exhilarating, yet also quite daunting experience and I am here to help in any way that I can. Thank you and enjoy! <3 Alyssa A LITTLE ABOUT ME: Hi, I am Alyssa Turner a professional photographer for romantic brides, impulsive couples, and polished weddings. I BELIEVE: »» That true love is intentional, purposeful, and so very worth it. »» First kiss butterflies should happen more than just the first kiss »» Dinner should be enjoyed with a glass of wine, and after dinner you should finish the whole bottle. »» An amazing wardrobe can give you confidence that you never even knew you had. »» There is always a good reason to throw a party. »» When you have faith in God miracles happen »» And I believe the best is yet come... SOME FUN FACTS: »» I am a chocolate snob! I only like chocolate from foreign countries, nothing American »» I take three hour bubble baths because one hour is just not enough »» Wrapped presents are my weakness, you can totally buy my love! »» I am so gullible! When will I learn that if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The door-to-door salesmen get me everytime. »» My friends call me a line crosser. I wonder what that means? »» Me at a flea market it like a kid in a candy store. You can take anything from drab to fab by spray painting it gold! »» I love surrounding myself with funny people. Life is better when you are laughing, plus it is a great ab workout! MY WHY: I am a hopeless romantic and I truly believe that your love story should be lived out in a way that is contagious to everyone around you. I have been told on more then one occasion that love like this only happens in the movies. That all encompassing, head over heels, heart racing, unconditional love that penetrates straight down to your soul could never exist in real life. I refuse to believe this! You see some people believe that love is a feeling but I believe that love is a choice. I believe that if you choose to love with all your being, even when it’s hard, that your marriage will be a love story motion pictures are made of! I am Alyssa Turner Photography and I celebrate romantic, impulsive couples who love intentionally!
ENGAGEMENTS
Engagement Photos Matter If you are tempted not to have an engagement session...give me a moment to convince you why you should. Being comfortable in front of the camera does not come natural to most couples. In fact most grooms would rather stick forks in their eyes than voluntarily get their photos taken. However if you want wedding photos that you love you are going to want some practice time together. Jut like athletes practice for a game, or musicians practice for their next gig, an engagement session is a great way to practice before your wedding. It is an opportunity for both of you to become comfortable in front of the camera, and I promise you we are going to have tons of fun! Engagement sessions last 60-90 minutes depending on location and the activity you have selected for your session. In order to maximize your shooting time we will typically shoot in one or two locations with two outfit changes. The last two hours before sunset is when I typically photography my engagement sessions. The lighting is optimal during this time of the day and will give you the best images possible.

What to Wear and Where To Shoot
For your engagement session wear clothes that match your style and personality. Wear clothes that feel like you, and that you feel great in. You are welcome to bring two outfits for each of you. One set can be casual, and the other more dressy. Choose clothes and accessories that you feel confidant in, and that flatter your unique shape and size. Your engagement session can be a great time for you to do a trial run with your makeup artist before the wedding day. Having your makeup professionally done before your session can help boost your confidence and will definitely make your eyes “pop” in your photos. Be sure to communicate your desired “makeup style” clearly to your artist so that he or she is able to create a look for you that compliments your features, but that can keep you looking like you. If either of you are planning on wearing shoes that are high in style, but low in comfort you might want to consider bringing an extra pair to wear to and from the car. Depending on the location you choose for your session there may not be a wide selection of places in which to change your outfit, so keep that in mind when choosing what to wear...and what you’ll wear first. There are no rules as to weather you wear your casual or dressy clothes first, that’s entirely up to you! Where we shoot is also up to you. I am available to make suggestions if you are having trouble deciding. My experience has taught me that selecting locations or activities that are meaningful and important to my couples always results in better images.

ENGAGEMENTS
Engagement Session Style Tips 1. 2. 3.
Be you! Choose clothing and accessories that represent your style and that you feel great in. Be comfortable. Select clothes that fit well and that compliment your figure. Try to avoid clothing with logos, otherwise you run the risk of looking like an ad for your
favorite retailer.
4. 5. 6.
Try to avoid being “matchy matchy” instead try to coordinate your outfit selections. Select outfits that compliment each other in color, style, and level of formality. Don’t be afraid to bring a couple different outfits. Most couples bring one casual and one
formal outfit.
7.
Layers and textures translate great on camera. So don’t be afraid to layer jewelry, scarfs,
sweaters, jackets, or any combination in order to create depth in your outfits.
8.
Don’t forget the details! Accessories, nails, shoes. The level of care on even the little things
can add up. A fresh manicure, polished shoes, and even the simplest earrings can create a more polished and styled look.
9.
Brides, consider having your hair and makeup done for your session. Having a professional
hair and makeup stylist prep you for your session will help add a little glamor to your photos even if you’ve selected casual apparel for your session.
10.
Don’t stress! Engagement photos should be fun..and they will be if you let yourself enjoy
the experience! You might even consider having a date night after your session so you can enjoy an evening together celebrating your engagement.

Great engagement shoot ideas: At the place he proposed: After all, what better way to capture an engagement than the place it all started! At your favorite restaurant: Meaningful memories happen with food, ambiance and your special song playing in the background. Doing your favorite activity: You both enjoy playing checkers. What better way to capture your personality than in the heat of game play, the agony of defeat, or the comedy of contemplating your next move? Where you first met each other: Whether your first meeting was a discussion at the library or fumbling for the door at the local coffee shop, going back to your beginnings is a marvelous memory.
Images with your pet: What better way to capture your new family than by including a beloved shared pet in your session? Your favorite skyline: Your city is beautiful at any time of the year, and the skyline shares where you live now, a beautiful location that might change with time. A downtown urban session: Fun and funky, pictures in alleyways or in otherwise undiscovered locations of your area make for a more intimate view of the city. An amusement park: Nothing says fun like the Tilt-A-Whirl to go with your whirlwind romance. A romantic beach: In the morning, evening or any time of day, the sea meets an endless sky for a feeling of forever.
Vintage-styled, with old furniture and funky clothes: Bring out your nostalgic or avant garde side with some dramatic, edgy modern shots coupled with retro stylings. At your favorite, cute coffee shop: Quirky and cozy, local mom and pop shops are a great way to take a quick break to refuel and to catch some local, architectural shots with you in the process. Seasonal: Catch the nuances of the seasons, including everything from a winter wonderland, to leaves of fall, to flowers in spring, to the lush, green summers in nearby beautiful fields and forests.

WEDDING DAY
YOUR WEDDING DAY Your wedding day will go by so fast. The day you spent so much time preparing for, dreaming of, and investing in, will go by as one of the quickest days of your life. I guarantee it! This is one of the great reasons to invest in wedding photography that will tell the story of your day, giving you the opportunity to relive it again and again. When I arrive on the day of your wedding (typically including a second shooter) We will begin by shooting the brides details, dress, shoes, jewelry, bouquet, etc. Having all your “details” including your bridal bouquet ready to be photographed is a huge help and time saver. Some brides have the opportunity to get ready in a gorgeous suite with beautiful natural light. Others prepare in small rooms in their church. Either is fine. Do what ever works best for you, and we will make it work. Of course I will not complain if you pick the first option. Photography is all about light, and finding the best possible light to use is my number one technical priority on your wedding day. So on your big day we will always be looking for the best possible light to shoot in. So if I find great light in another room or outside I might move your dress or details to that area to photograph it. Another important detail for your day is to eliminate clutter in the background of your preparation images. Having your bridesmaids tidy up your getting ready room before you put your gown on is always appreciated and helps to make your images more editorial and classic in style. Once I arrive I will help to guide you through a time line that we’ll agree upon prior to you wedding day. The time line is a “guide” to help us get you to the church on time. Weddings, like any event, can take on a life of it’s own and we will be flexible if for any reason the schedule does not go as planned. I will coordinate with your planner, DJ, Banquette captain and anyone else on the vendor team to ensure that all of the highlights of your day are captured, and to create a pleasant flow to your day for you and your guests.

SAY YES....TO THE FIRST LOOK It may go against old tradition but I’m excite that First Looks are becoming the NEW tradition. A first look has a huge impact on your wedding photography time line for the day and provides the opportunity for additional bride and groom portraits. It also makes the moment you see one another for the first time an intimate experience that’s truly just about you. So what exactly is a first look? Before the ceremony I photograph just the bride and groom seeing each other for the very first time on their wedding day. It gives an opportunity to see his reaction when seeing you in your wedding gown moments before you say “I do”. Unlike your walk down the isle when all eyes will be on you, only his eyes (and my lens) will be on you. Your wedding day will go by in a blink of an eye, and this may be the only time during the day that is just for you and him. A first look yields sweet and emotional photos while the two of you get to enjoy a private moment. Why would we want to break with tradition? If your wedding photographs are a priority in the planning of your perfect day, then you are likely to appreciate the benefits of a first look. The benefits include having additional time for portraits, getting to your reception sooner following your ceremony, and creating an intimate moment just for you and your soon to be husband. Many bride and grooms also find it a wonderful way to calm their wedding jitters before walking down the isle
IN THE DETAILS Details are a great way to make your wedding a unique experience highlighted with touches of you. Careful selection and purposeful placement of details can make your wedding more personal and memorable. Details also help to tell the story of your wedding day in photographs. When choosing details try to choose items that are a personal reflection of you as a couple. The ring bearer’s pillow he carried may have been made from the lace of your Christening gown, or the shoes with the delicate pearl buttons may have been your mother’s. These are small sometimes unnoticed details that tell the story of your special day.

SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING BORROWED, SOMETHING BLUE Something old represents continuity Something new represents optimism for the future Something borrowed symbolizes borrowed happiness Something blue stands for purity, love, and fidelity
THE BIG DAY
W
hen planning a celebration there are lots of small details that can make a big difference! Don’t Panic! I am here to collaborate! Together we will organize your timeline and employ my expertise! Here are a few pointers I have picked up along the way.
In Advance Please find out what the rules for photography are at the ceremony location. All venues are different, some restricting the location of photos, where the photographer stands, and even times where they are permitted to shoot. Make sure you discuss a “rain plan” if choosing an outdoor wedding venue just in case.
Prep Details The dress. the ring. the shoes. Oh the shoes! These are visual details of your wedding. The small but oh so significant and thought out extras that join your styles as a couple. Immediately upon arrival I will photograph these elements with great care. Please have them ready for their close up. Also please have the florist deliver your bouquets to the location that you will be getting ready. Also dont forget to bring along your invitation suite, and any quest favors, ribbons or fun extras.
Get Ready Perfection can’t be rushed! Please allow fifty percent more time for hair and makeup then anticipated to eliminate the number one reason why weddings run late. This ensurers that your meticulously planned timeline flows smoothly and there is even time for unexpected teary eyed touch ups!
The Family Magical moments happen when a bride first slips into her gown. To make sure your mother does not have her hair up in curlers during this unforgettable time, request that all parties who plan to be present in the bridal suite be dressed and ready at least thirty minutes prior.
The Prep Six girls and one bathroom. It’s like college all over again! Consider timing and logistics when getting ready and plan accordingly. Also you may want to put a friend in charge of your phone to avoid getting bombarded with texts and questions. This will help make you a stress free bride on your wedding day. HUSTLE AND BUSTLE Wifey to be that is now enthralled with wedding planning can make it easy for the groom to be to feel excluded. For many gentleman this is perfectly acceptable as they are quite at ease with their better half choosing which shade of green is best suited: turquoise, or jade. There is more than one kind of green?!? While he may not have interest in place cards or pocket squares rest assured he will be gracing one thing that will be around long after the gorgeous celebration is over: your wedding photographs!
SUITED AND STYLED My approach is a candid style. I like to photograph natural moments as they unfold. While taking pride in leaving interactions true and untouched, completely shooting without any form of direction isn’t realistic and would make for a very uncomfortable experience in front of the camera. Much of the day will be shot candidly and photo journalistically, capturing your personalities as a couple, while your portraits and the photographs of you and your love will be styled via “actions”, always encouraging you both to be yourselves and soak in the moment, ensuring the most beautiful and flattering images possible.
LOOSEN YOUR TIE Dont worry I got your back and your wont spend your entire day in front of my lens. Only about an hour of your time will be needed for these styled shots. My goal is to ensure the bridal party has a great time and gets to the reception as quickly as possible. This being said the more organized we can be the faster we get done and onto the party. Family portraits will be done first, followed by wedding party, and then just the newlyweds! My job is to capture these sweet and tender moments to hold on to for years to come. Consider it a time to take a quick breath and soak in the sincere joy of starting this new chapter of your lives together! ALYSSA TUR NER PH OTO GR APH Y

YOUR WEDDING
UNPLUGGED WEDDINGS If you have ever attended a wedding and noticed that more then half of the guest are holding up some sort of devise like an IPad or a smart phone in front of their face the entire ceremony you’re not alone. Maybe you have even been the one holding the phone taking photos and videos. The term “unplugged” wedding has become a hot topic in the wedding photography world recently, and even found it’s way to the front pages of The Huffington Post. In a world where just about everyone has a cell phone equipped with a camera and video we’ve all become “iphoneographers” and are constantly pulling out our phones to snap a picture or capture some video. But on the day of your wedding do you want your guests focused on you, or focused on photographing you? As a professional photographer I can see both sides. Guests are excited to be there and want to share images from your wedding day, while at the same time you’ve invited them there because they are special to you and you want them to be a part of your day. It is entirely up to you weather you suggest to your guests that they refrain from taking photo or video during your ceremony. Your wedding day is about you as a couple and the focus should stay on you. Also note that because you have full copyright to your digital images all your guests can also have access to all your professional photos. I will do my best to capture every moment of your day so that you and your guest can just enjoy it in the moment!

PHOTOS ARE MENT TO BE SHARED Have you ever heard it said that a gift isn’t truly a gift unless it is given away? I think the same theory applies to photographs. They are ment to be shared! Everyday a photo grows in significance and value because every day after it is taken we are one day further away from that moment in time. Your wedding photographs should be enjoyed and shared by you, your friends, your family, and even future generations to follow. Because I believe your photos should be shared I have chosen to be what is called a “shoot and share” photographer. I provide photography coverage as a service to my couples and offer a complete collection of images to my couples. Complete wedding collections include collection of fully edited high resolution images from the engagement session and wedding day. You will also receive a custom app that allows you to download your images, as well as share to Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media outlets super fast and easy! I want you to have all your images, enjoy them, and share them. They don’t do either of us any good if they’re locked away on a hard drive, they are meant to be shared!

CLIENT SPOT LIGHT
MELANIE & ZACK I recently had the privilege of photographing Zack and Melanie’s gorgeous wedding this last fall. Brisk weather matched the racing pulse of friends and family alike as the two said “I do.” Because weddings are a flurry of excitement and special moments between loved ones, family and friends, it is important to not only capture those smiles, demure glances and beautiful flowers; stunning photography also captures the wishes of the client. How can you be prepared for the biggest day of your life so far? Here, Zack and Melanie share: THE BEST ADVICE FOR A BRIDE. “Make sure to have a close friend or relative help you keep track of time,” says Melanie. “In the excitement of the events taking place, it’s so easy to run late, especially when so many of you might be getting ready together!” THE BIGGEST SURPRISE ABOUT THEIR WEDDING DAY. “We had an exciting moment when the ring bearer tripped coming down the aisle,” says Zack. “He’s this young nephew of mine and he really crashed. Then the flower girl went back, pulled him up, and they kept walking. Everybody loved that.” THEIR FAVORITE PHOTO MOMENT. “We thought the formal photos were going to be the most important,” says Melanie, “but the candids turned out to be our favorites because we saw that everyone was in the moment as much as we were.” WHAT THEY LOVED MOST ABOUT WORKING WITH ALYSSA TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY. Zack says, “Alyssa was really cool. I didn’t know what to expect from a photographer, so when I saw pictures of people and things I never got to see during the day, I was pretty happy. She caught all of the details and got great shots of friends and family, too.” HOW TO TAME THOSE WEDDING DAY NERVES. Melanie says, “There’s no real way to not be nervous, but I tried not to think about it, pretending we were getting ready for prom instead.” WHICH ONE MOMENT WILL LAST FOR THEM FOREVER. Zack and Melanie say they will most remember seeing Zack’s brother cry at the altar. “My brother’s a pretty tough guy, so seeing him tear up a little during the ceremony was enough to make me almost lose it. Thankfully, the photographer caught him with his hand coming away from his face! It was really a cool moment to see him so happy for me.”

GETTING MARRIED WITHOUT BEING HARRIED
Be sure to have a hair and makeup trial at least a month before your wedding. This will give you peace of mind to know exactly how you will look and give you the opportunity to change things in advance if necessary. Make sure to bring all jewelry to the trial to see how makeup shades work with the pieces. Have your florist deliver your flowers to where you are getting ready, not the ceremony venue. Since you never know when the mood will strike for a great photo, you’ll want your flowers there and ready to go. Find out what the rules for photographs are at the ceremony location. All venues are different, some restricting the location of photographs and even the times in which they are permitted. If possible, arrange to have your formal photographs taken before the ceremony. Getting this step out of the way early in the day frees up the rest of your time to spend with your guests. You will be able to go straight to cocktail hour and catch up with loved ones without stress. It’s a new age, so it’s no longer considered bad luck for the groom to see the bride before the wedding. Have food delivered to your getting ready location. It may be hectic, but take the time to have a bite before the wedding since it will be a while before you have the opportunity to nourish yourself during the reception. Prepare an emergency bridal kit with clear nail polish, mints, a sewing kit, stain treater, Visine, safety pins, bobby pins, pain reliever and mini deodorant. Allowing 50% more time for hair and makeup than you originally anticipated alleviates the number one reason wedding schedules end up running late. This will assure you have plenty of time for all the portraits you want to take before the wedding. • Make sure you discuss a “rain plan” with your venue just in case Mother Nature doesn’t see sunshine in the cards.

THE SIMPLE BEAUTY OF PASS We live in an incredibly connected world. Calling a friend on the phone on another continent, talking on Skype to our college roommate, or reading the Facebook wall of a friend from high school is so normal that we have forgotten that just ten years ago we didn’t have iphones, IPads, or even Facebook. One of the major benefits of being so connected is that we can now share images of our lives with the ones we love...immediately! PASS is a photo sharing solution that was created for professional wedding and portrait photographers that “shoot and share”. When your wedding pictures have been fully edited , a collection of your photos will be uploaded to the PASS cloud to your unique PASS gallery, and you will receive a URL where you can view, download, share, and order prints on any computer, tablet, or smartphone device. To share your images with family and friends you simply share your unique PASS URL with them and they can view, share, download, and order prints as well. PASS does allow for your unique URL to be password protected at your request. In addition downloading and printing can be turned off if you prefer...all you have to do is ask me! Your PASS gallery will stay activated for one year. For a small fee you do have the option to renew your gallery at the end of the year so that you can keep your images safe in the cloud and continue to share them. If you choose not to renew your photos they will still be kept safe for ten years with the option to access them at any time for that same small fee. Professional lab quality prints can be ordered directly with our PASS gallery, and basic shipping is always a flat rate of $5. Pricing for PASS prints is as follows per print: 4x6 - $5
5x7 - $5
8x12 - $10
Specialty Products I proudly offer my clients a selection of fine art legacy products including hand crafted leather bound albums, wall art canvas, and hand made nostalgic kits. We live in a digital age where images are most commonly shares via social media and electronic devices, but that does not mean we should not invest in legacy pieces that can be handed down from on generation to the next. A hand crafted leather bound album is something you can leave behind for your children, and grand children. It is a tangible item they can hold in their hands and experience your wedding day and your love story by turning the pages 50, 60, or even 70 years from now. The nostalgic kit was designed to be a keepsake box to hold the tangible pieces from your wedding day. A piece of lace fro your dress, the garter that you did not throw, your grandmother’s lucky penny that you wore in your shoe. The kit includes five plastic vials that an hold something precious from your day, and a leather open ended envelope to hold loose fine art photo prints.
THE PROCESS
SELECTING YOUR WEDDING VENDORS Selecting your vendors is one of the most important aspects of planning your wedding . You want to choose vendors who’s work you love; that you trust, and that you enjoy working with. Of all your vendors you will spend the most amount of time with your wedding photographer and your wedding planner if you choose to go that route...but that doesn’t mean that you should carefully select your florist, cake baker, and other vendors with the same level of care. My number one recommendation is that you communicate very clearly with your vendors. The best way to start a relationship with a potential vendor is to meet with them in person (or at least have a phone/Skype conversation with them) Get a feel for their personality and how they interact with you. If you get an uneasy feeling, trust your instincts and continue searching until you find a vendor that you feel you can trust and work well with. What about hiring someone who is just getting started in their business? Inexperience can be good and bad. If you are considering hiring a vendor with little or no experience you can certainly expect to pay less than you would for an experienced vendor. Inexperience doesn’t necessarily mean that you will receive a bad product or poor service, because remember, everyone has to start somewhere and some people have a natural talent and ability to provide great products and service from the very beginning. On the other hand their is something to say for experience...ok there’s allot to be said for experience. An experienced vendor has “been there done that” and will know how to handle things if an unexpected situation should arise before or during your wedding. Choosing a vendor that you love for both their work and their personality will definitely make wedding planning a more enjoyable experience.

WEDDING PLANNER
DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER? I hear this question allot and my answer is always the same. That depends entirely upon you. Some brides have been planning their weddings since they were four years old, long before they met their grooms. Others haven’t given much thought to their wedding and haven’t dog eared the pages of a bridal magazine, or created a mock up of their invitations in their notebooks. But regardless of where you fall on the spectrum, working with a wedding planner really depends on you. How much time do you have to spend planning your wedding? Do you have the resources to hire a planner? From simple weddings, to elaborate ones working with a wedding planner can alleviate allot of the stress of planning your big day. Perhaps your planning a destination wedding in Napa Valley or Hawaii, working with a wedding planner can help you avoid common mistakes that are made when working with out-of-town vendors, and help you to avoid the risk of the unknown. If you love details and enjoy planning you might want to consider hiring a “day of” planner to help execute your plans on the day of the wedding. A day of wedding planner allows you to focus on being the bride on your wedding day instead of worry weather the cake has arrived, or the tables have been set. Many wedding planners offer “day of” packages and I have found that my brides that have chosen to invest in having a “day of” planner never regrets it. Many couple don’t realize that the venue coordinator or director at the reception location doesn’t act as a wedding planner for them. Rather the venue coordinator is focussed on making sure that their team of professionals provide proper service throughout the wedding. You can’t expect that will mean your venue coordinator will coordinate all of your outside vendors like your florist, baker, and DJ on the day of your wedding. When selecting your venue be sure to ask what services they provide on the day of your wedding. Communicating clearly from the very beginning of your relationship is always a great idea.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions WHEN WILL MY IMAGES BE READY? Engagement photos will be delivered two weeks from your session date. Wedding photos will be delivered 6 weeks from your session date.
WHAT FORMAT ARE PASS IMAGES IN? Your high resolution edited images in PASS are .jpg files.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY IMAGES? I store your images to several repeat drives and on an online off site backup while I am working on completing the edit of your session/wedding. Once I have uploaded your images to PASS and you have confirmed that you have been able to access your images I then archive your wedding to an external hard drive. I then pass on the responsibility of storing your images onto you. They will be active on PASS for one year, including cloud storage. If you decide not to reactivate your account they will still be stored in the server for ten years and you will be able to access them any time during that ten years for a small fee.
CAN I PRINT MY IMAGES ANYWHERE? Sure! But the better question is should I print my images just anywhere? No. I always recommend that if you want to print images from your collection that you print directly from your PASS gallery. Print orders within PASS are fulfilled by one of the leading professional print labs in the United States, White House Custom Color. The amazing prices have been negotiated by PASS and are even better then if I were to place an order with WHCC myself. The computers used to edit my photos are specifically calibrated to WHCC’s lab printers guaranteeing that your prints will be rich I color and vibrant. If you want to order prints larger than an 8x12 please contact me for a quote.
DO YOU TRAVEL? Absolutely! I love to travel and my passport I always current! Travel fees do apply and are billed separately from your wedding collection.
WHAT TYPE OF GEAR DO YOU USE? I am a Canon photographer and shoot with a Canon 5D Mark III, as well as a Canon 5D Mark II. All my lenses are Canon L series professional lenses. I also have all the lighting equipment that I need to conquer lighting in any situation.
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR SECOND SHOOTER? When hiring a second shooter for your wedding day it is a priority for me to select a photographer that I would recommend and that I would feel comfortable shooting your wedding in the event that I couldn’t. I have never not been able to shoot one of my clients weddings...and I like the feeling of know that if something beyond my control prevented me from shooting a wedding, my scheduled second shooter would be able to step in and provide the same level of customer service that my clients expect and deserve.

If you are interested in having me shoot your upcoming engagement and wedding please contact me to discuss the details of your wedding. I accept a limited number of weddings each year. I do this in order to maintain a balance between my personal and professional life by keeping my faith, marriage, family, and business in that order. This also allows me to provide high end service to all my couples. I do not accept every wedding I am asked to photograph as I believe it is important that I am a good match for all my couples.
