TERMS:
Active Maker A Maker who submits a minimum of $100 in retail sales in a one-month period.
Artisan Level The level in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP) that identifies the compensation structure for our Makers and Team Leaders.
Bonuses Additional income earned by a Maker or (take out word team) Team Leader as defined in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP).
Branch A team of Makers that has been sponsored from one of their personally sponsored Makers. This is commonly referred to as a “leg” of your Maker Family.
Commissions The income a Maker earns through selling product, whether at a Creative Gathering or through online sales, as defined in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP).
Creative Gatherings A Creative Gathering (CG) is an in-person event or one conducted online. Attendees learn a new DIY skill OR use A Makers’ Studio products to complete a decorative project that they can take home (Make-n-Takes).
Director For members of the Master Artisan level, there are three levels of recognition and achievement: Director (D), Executive Director (ED), and Senior Executive Director (SED). Our SED rank is the highest level you can achieve at A Makers’ Studio. A Makers’ Studio Career Plan provides many pathways to craft the business and life you desire. You can find in-depth training on the Career Plan in your MakerOffice.
Executive For members of the Journeyman level of A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP), these are the Bronze (BSE), Silver (SSE), and Gold Star Executives (GSE).
Family Tree The group of Makers you and your team members sponsored into your Maker Family.

Journeyman Level The level in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP) that identifies the compensation structure for our Executives.
Maker A self-employed sales consultant with A Makers’ Studio who sells products via social selling and in-home events.
Maker Level The level in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP) that identifies the compensation structure for our Makers. See MMCP in your MakerOffice for details.
Master Artisan The level in A Makers’ Studio Money MAKER Compensation Plan (MMCP) that identifies the compensation structure for our Directors, the three highest ranks in our compensation program. See MMCP in your MakerOffice for details.
Personal Sales Volume A Maker’s sales (excluding sales tax or shipping), derived from Creative Gatherings, sales through a Maker’s personal website and/or through subscription sales. PSV must be met as a component of Maker qualifications relating to various ranks in the compensation plan.
Personally Sponsored Maker Family Those Makers in a Maker Family whom the original Maker personally Sponsored into A Makers’ Studio.
Sponsor The person who enrolls a new Maker into their Maker Family.
Sponsoring The act of recruiting a new Maker Team Member into the Maker Family.
Team Commissionable Volume The income a Team Leader earns on those who have been sponsored on to their team. Percentages are based on who Makers were sponsored by as defined in the Money MAKER Career Plan. 6

Makers start earning right away! Commissions begin at 25% and reach as high as 35% depending on rank and Studio Productivity Bonus Plan. There is $100 sales requirement in order to maintain status as an Active Maker.

Two Star Team Leader can earn 4% on the on the Commissionable Volume of their Personally Sponsored Maker Family and 3% on second level of Maker Family Tree. Three Star Team Leader can earn 4% on the on the Commissionable Volume of their Personally Sponsored Maker Family, 3% on the second level of Maker Family Tree, and 2% on the third level of Maker Family Tree. 28
