This quote for design services is prepared for D. Shelton in response to the request received on 5/25/2015 by Amanda Howell Whitehurst from D. Shelton. It is for the design of a event invitation/program, website, flier and/or business card template for D. Shelton. This quotation will remain open and unexpired for 30 days.
Pricing
Payment Schedule A deposit of 40%/ $80.00 is required to begin design services. Final payment is due upon receipt of the final deliverable.
IDENTITY SYSTEM Includes 3 rounds of design, feedback and revisions to create a working identity for the customer’s business. This is a 40% non-refundable working fee, which is labor for the designing of your item(s) $80.00 PRINT MATERIALS Includes printed and digital design of invitation/program, business card, and/or flier This is upon completion of the design process. The remaining designer fee (60%) must be paid in full before items are delivered to you. Total includes (100 of the printed item and high quality digital file) $120.00
NEW Samples I added two more samples tailored to your event. This will make a total of 5 design options that you can choose from. These serve as samples to see how your information will look on print. You do not have to choose Postcards as your print option, but this is to show you how it will look as a Postcard, if you so choose it. If you choose another print option, these can be remade to fit whichever print option you chose, Your options are:

*Please note: Pricing will go up for options other than Postcards due to production costs; such as Extra pages, colored back sides, quality of paper, etc. You can mix and match any design, with any orientation, print option, elements from one sample to another, etc. You can use the same design for both of your Anniversary events, or pick two different designs. If their is anything you want to add, change, such as color or wording, PLEASE DON’T HESISTATE TO ASK! Shipping For your first set of programs for your June 12th event, As of today, May 30, 2016, To get them on time you will need to opt for Standard shipping which is 5 business days. This option is an additonal $14.00 to get them by June 7, 2016. Or you can use , Express shipping, which is 3 business days, for an additional $25.00, to get them by June 3, 2016. Your second batch of programs for your June 24th event, will be ordered on the same day but as a seperate order. It will be shipped with the Economy shipping, which is covered in the Graphic Design Service total payment. Economy can take up to 8 buisness days, which you should recieve in an ample amount of time before your second event date.

This is the first sample, tailored for your event. This a Postcard concept. The main image on front and “Order of Events” on back. The background on the back of the card are the same as the front, but more transparent. *Please note: This image can be remade to fit on a invitation with 4 sides; Front Cover, Inside left (which can be an image of just you and added text) Inside Right (with Order of Events), and Back Cover (which can be the background Image left blank, or added text) It can also be remade for a 8 page booklet (Front cover and inside cover Page 1 front and back, Page 2 front and back, and Back Page, Back cover.) If you choose this option, you will need more copy, also known as text or wording.
