Amanda Pearson- Iqbal

Amanda is the Owner and Founder of La Relance Salon. She attended a Pivot Point Beauty School in 1983 and won an Award for formal techniques and styling. During her schooling, she was recognized as a leader and hired as a shift manager for a large Chicago chain salon. Looking to better her understanding in the Beauty industry she assisted at the first Mario Tricoci Salon, located at Woodfield Mall. She then took an opportunity to move to charming Charleston S.C. and work at Heidis Salon. While there she received her cosmetologist teaching Diploma, styled local Sportscasters hair, and cut hair for actors any time they were in town shooting a movie. After Hurricane Hugo Amanda transferred back to Heidis Salon in Northbrook Court. As Manager to a team of 20, she coached, mentored and expanded her knowledge with classes and seminars. Excited to take advanced training with renowned stylists from Vidal Sassoon, It was now time to create her own identity in the industry. Mandales was then created, the first Aveda
