I love green cooking and try to eat vegan as much as possible. I, however, love fish, eggs and cheese, so I eat those in moderation and make sure they are organic, local if possible, and produced without harming animals. I chose this lifestyle first because of my concerns about agriculture on the environment and have maintained my choice because I think a plant based diet is better for your health...and because I love animals! I love, love, love yoga and do hot vinyasa yoga 5-6 times a week. I have just started getting into triathlons and have done two "sprint" triathlons. I am happy about my new found interest in fitness. I am a lucky, happy person. I wish I had a job that helped make the world a better place, but all in all I have a great life. I recently started my own recruiting business and its going very well..I really am lucky. :)
