Monthly Meeting for Dads
Time 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome is a monthly group that meets to discuss thoughts, insights and Where: DSOSN Office experiences about raising a child with down syndrome. The group is not meant to be a “support group” even though support is often given. It is meant to be an “action group”. Dads find ways to participate in the community and get their children to participate as well. Monthly meetings include guest speakers that discuss medical, educational, financial, social and many other issues that affect families with down syndrome.
