1. Using 4 cones, create two separate 20m lines. 2. Divide players evenly between the two lines. 3. Give each line 1 ball.
Activity 1. Players divide themselves evenly between the two cones. 2. The first player in Line A with the ball (Player #1) makes a long pass to the first player in Line B (Player #2). 3. As soon as Player #1 passes the ball s/he runs toward Player #2. 4. Player #2 receives the pass and makes a short pass back to Player #1. 5. Player #1 makes another short pass back to Player #2. 6. Player #2 makes a long pass back to the next player in Line A. 7. Repeat the cycle.

2 x Sets of different coloured Bibs 1 x Stopwatch
SET-UP 1. Create a 15m x 15m area using four cones. 2. Divide players into two even teams. 3. Designate one attacking team and one defending team. 4. Position the defending team inside the playing area. 5. Position the attacking team outside the playing area. 6. The coach will have 10 balls with him/her outside of the playing area.
GOAL MOMENT The Coach could use the opportunity at the end of each cycle to discuss the similarities between a game plan for a football match and a game plan for life.

Activity 1. The coach will begin the drill by starting his/her stopwatch and passing the first ball to the attacking team. 2. At the same time the coach will release the first defender from the defending team into the area to try to win the ball. 3. The attacking team will try to keep possession of the ball as long as possible. 4. The coach will release another defender into the area every 10 seconds. 5. The coach will stop his/her stopwatch as soon as the defenders win the ball. 6. After defenders win the ball the drill will stop and the defending team will return to their line outside of the area. 7. Repeat until defending team has won all 10 balls. 8. The team with the longest time in possession wins.

Each team will have a player designated to occupy each channel. 5. Each team will have a player designated to act as a target. player on either side of the goal their team is attacking.
Activity 1. Two teams will compete against each other in a match-like situation. 2. In order for a team to score they must connect with at least one of the extra players (channel or target). 3. Channel players must remain in the channel and can defend against each other. 4. Only channel players are allowed to occupy the channels. 5. Rotate extra players often.
