Stalls
Set up in the morning according to pre-planned venue map by volunteers and overseen by the management team.
Professional talks
Professional speakers will have allocated timeslots which will have been agreed upon prior to the event and outlined for all in the convention program
Workshops
Workshop sign-ups to assigned on a first come first served basis
Exhibitions
Exhibitions to be set up in the morning by the artist and overseen by the managing curator.
