007 LICENSE TO THRILL This break will leave you shaken and not stirred. From the welcome by our very own Bond ... James Bond and classic moments from Bond films displayed on TV screens, this is a break with a touch of elegance. Black-tie-themed snacks will delight guests. Our Bond Girls will be serving sweet and savoury snacks while an acrobatic fight scene of Bond versus the Villain will entertain.
ASEAN Celebrate unity and trade regionally with our ASEAN theme. Snacks from ASEAN countries, staff wearing country costumes, background music of the varied ASEAN community. Enjoy a coffee break with international flair, regional tastes and poster boards presenting fun facts about ASEAN.
ART ATTACK Engage your guests with a coffee-break challenge to create a masterpiece. Art boards are set up with various art-making media – crayons, pencils, spray paint, acrylic paints – which will provide the perfect opportunity for your guests’ creativity to run free. There are guidelines on the art boards, so the pieces can be joined up to make one large mural. A photo will be taken of the finished art project and the masterpiece can be displayed during the conference or reproduced in your corporate newsletter, brochure or company report.
BREEZE BREAK We bring the tranquility and revitalizing treatments from Amari Watergate’s Breeze Spa to this spa-inspired coffee break, including neck and shoulder massages, aroma therapy and a chance to sample Breeze’s unique products. Your guests will be refreshed and relaxed. Poster boards will present fun facts about the history and benefits of Thai massage, aromatherapy and meditation. Snacks will be based on the Breeze items created by our Executive Chef. Wait staff will be dressed in white costumes and the spa therapists in Breeze uniforms.

CHOCAHOLIC Who can resist delicious chocolate? Our Chocaholic break satisfies the desire for chocolate with sweet chocolateinspired treats, savoury chocolate coated chicken legs and chocolate drinks to complement the standard coffee break inclusions.
CHOOSE-YOUR-COLOUR Thailand is a land of colours and, culturally, Thais have a specific colour for each day. Colour also represents members of the royal family. And daily life in Thailand presents a kaleidoscope of colours. Amari Watergate’s Chef and banquet team will create a theme break that fits the colour of your choice. Maybe it follows the specific colour of the day in Thailand. Or perhaps you have a product or brand that can be reinforced by a specific coloured theme break. Give us a colour and we will craft food and décor to meet it.’
CLASSICALLY THAI Presenting the authentic tastes and sights of Thailand. Popular Thai bites, Thai coffee barista and poster boards presenting interesting facts about Thailand’s history.
CUBISM The art form that originated in the 1920s, Cubism is presented with works of art in the Cubism style, contemporary cubes, such as Rubik’s and food presented in cubes. The fruity Rubik’s cube not only looks puzzling but tastes delicious. Guests will be greeted by staff in a Rubik’s cube costume. Poster boards will introduce guests to the whimsical world of Cubism art.

CUPCAKES In the era of reality TV shows, such as Cupcake Wars, putting cupcakes at their height of popularity, our Executive Chef cooks up some amazing cupcakes, savoury and sweet. Wait staff will be dressed in pink and a cupcake tree with cupcakes hanging from the branches makes for a wonderful centerpiece and talking point during the break.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT Well-known super foods that are good for you and aimed at supercharging the brain are presented, along with naturally delicious, sweet and savoury items designed to refresh and encourage conversation during business conference intermissions. Quiz poster boards will intrigue your guests and challenge them to find solutions.
FOOTBALL SCORES One of the world’s most popular sports comes to your meeting intermission. Football is celebrated at this short break. With local Thai football fans dribbling the ball and demonstrating their masterful ball handling, Football Scores will appeal to all. Football-themed snacks and ice carving makes this a league-champion break.
FORMULA 1 Welcome to the pit stop as we put the breaks on your meeting and enjoy the thrills and excitement of motor racing. The coffee break area will be transformed into a racetrack setting with a sports car display, pit-stop mechanics and babes on standby. GOING BANANAS With 99% of the world’s consumption of bananas being supplied by one type of banana, we present the diverse lesser-known varieties of bananas found outside this part of Asia. With wait staff dressed banana-style in yellow and black, live banana trees and poster boards presenting fun facts about bananas, Going Bananas is a treat.
MAGICAL MOMENTS Everyone loves magic and our Magical Moments break will amaze your guests. A talented magician will mingle with your guests and entertain them with mind-blowing illusions. Giant cards and poster boards presenting interesting facts about magic and magicians, such as Houdini, will complement the magical-themed snacks created by the Executive Chef. Magic tricks can be customized to fit your conference theme or objectives.
ON THE GREEN A winner with corporate high flyers. On The Green brings golf to your guests. Tee-off and test your swing with our golf-inspired coffee break. RAINFOREST RENDEZVOUS The sounds of the forest will welcome you to this tropical break full of greenery, images of wild animals and poster boards presenting the unique biodiversity of Thailand’s lessdiscovered rainforest. RETROLICIOUS Relive the 1970s and 1980s with our deliciously retro theme. Step back in time and enjoy the music, fashion and dance moves from bygone eras. THE REAL THAI COFFEE BREAK Thailand produces some pretty distinct coffee and with our talented Thai barista, we present 100% Authentic Thai coffee and a selection of herbal teas to boost your break and bring the Thai taste to your guests. TROPICALLY FRUITTI-TUTTI Thailand’s wide variety of fruit is on display, with snacks made from seasonal favourites. DINNER WITH A DIFFERENCE! “Experience first-hand the behind-the-scene workings of a hotel, by becoming part of the chef’s team during the start of a most unusual and unique dining experience inside the hotel’s main kitchen!” Concept Tonight, you begin the evening, unaware of the events planned, drinking sparkling cocktails and enjoying canapés at the Executive Lounge and open-air terrace on the 32nd floor, overlooking the twinkling lights of downtown Bangkok. Just before being guided to the lifts, a moment is taken for a group photo and then an opportunity to look through the panoramic window, down to the garden below, where your company name will be glittering in lights. Escorted to the lifts, you will descend to the basement and into the hotel’s extensive laundry area. Everyone is issued a genuine chef’s attire, complete with jacket (or apron, if you prefer), hat and cravat. Proceeding to the kitchen, our executive chef welcomes everyone, introduces his team of chefs and invites you to cook your own dinner, giving a specific job assignment to everyone! SING-A-SONG Is the equivalent of the corporate Grammy’s. Working in teams, you will write a completely original song … then record the potential award-winning song in our “recording studio”. The results will be played back and a panel of expert judges will score the songs and award the most creative song.
