Carving away at the building form on the basis that “Less is more”, causes points of intersections while saving on overall material cost for construction. Floor plate created by modular units that range from micro-units to one-bedroom units to accommodate various types of people in the Cabbagetown area. The building form was generated following the site lines and giving attention to the surrounding streets, Boulevard SE and Reinhardt St SE."
