PLANNER'S NOTE You know that split moment when you meet the person you're meant to spend the rest of your life with? Or the minute your eyes meet with the most perfect throw pillow? I wake up every day and get the opportunity to work with couples like you, feeling that absolute same delight. Since 2011 when Wrennwood Design first debuted, I've managed to fall head over heels with playing such an integral role in one of the biggest days of people's lives. My name is Amberly and I live for the pretty. I live in Atlanta with my husband, Landon, my sweet little girls, Madison and Annalise and Tyson, our loveable black lab! I'm also a purveyor of sweetness, a connoisseur of beautiful blooms and a believer that every event deserves to be distinctive and on a level of its own. From intimate ceremony celebrations set under a canopy of whimsical paper flowers, to dance parties in charismatic old barns, I work endlessly to marry together the playful and the pretty so that you can focus on marrying your best friend. I'm game for a healthy dose of glitter, a touch of delicate lace and copious amounts of timelessness. I squeal for a successfully executed surprise and give really awesome hugs, too. Weddings don't need to be stuffy or stressful, and it's my job to make sure we steer clear of both. I can't wait to meet you!

OUR APPROACH TO LIFE AND BUSINESS IS SIMPLE. We show up at the opening of an envelope. We've never met a happy hour we didn't love. We RSVP "yes." We are the first to arrive at the venue and the last ones to leave the dance floor. If there is a celebration of any size, we'll be there with bells on. Selfie or it didn't happen. There is no replacement for genuine human connection and face time with those you love. These are the days that make living good. We want to share our spirit with you.

HOW IT WORKS With Wrennwood Design, you choose only the services you need, offering you a customized experience to enjoy the planning process on your terms. Our event experts are happy to offer planning and design, or event management services for your big day. Choose all three, pick two or just select one, it's up to you.

As you take the reins in planning your own event as much or as little as you'd like, we are by your side to take the "guess-work" out of the process in order to maximize your enjoyment of the planning process and deliver peace of mind. PLANNING This is ideal for the client that needs a jump start on the planning process at the outset, from selecting the perfect venue, the best vendor team, realistic budget consultation and strategic planning benchmarks, this service level sets you off on the right foot, right away. Your investment is one flat-rate of $3500
VENUE SELECTION, VENDOR PROCUREMENT, AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATION Site evaluation and contract negotiation for the win. Your expert planner will assist you in selecting the perfect venue for your needs. With experience in nearly every venue in this market, our team of consultants will set up site visits at venues that we suggest as an ideal fit for your guest count and logistical concerns. Your planner works with you to select the best fit vendors for you: photographer, entertainment, catering staff, hotel blocks, transportation needs and arrange for necessary permits and security to cover yourbases. Industry standards and best practices are our primary concerns, and your planner will negotiate your contracts with vendors on your behalf and ensure your best interests are protected.
REALISTIC BUDGET CONSULTATION AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Strategic budget analysis so you stay on track. Staying on target with your financial goals is the key to minimizing stress through the planning process. Your planner will give you a realistic analysis of what you can expect to spend in each wedding category given your guest count and overall target budget range. Having these numbers at your fingertips as benchmarks during planning will help you understand what you can reasonably spend for each line item - and where you can afford to splurge and save as well.
STREAMLINED PLANNING MEETINGS Maximize efficiency in decision making on location, because we know your time is valuable. We will coordinate with your schedule - whether you are local or planning from abroad - for two days of planning meetings to confirm and finalize decisions that can only be made in person. Because we believe your time is priceless, our system is built to streamline this process so you can refocus on personal responsibilities in work and home life. A typical schedule includes cake for breakfast, decor meetings in the afternoon and a hair and makeup trial followed by a second day of menu and beverage tastings at lunch with a potential mock-up of your design, and site inspection of your venue with final logistics assesment. You will receive a by-the-minute itenerary in preparation for meetings so you can arrive know where you need to meet every step of the way, and leave having finalized the majority of the planning detils all at once. DESIGN When it comes to design needs, clients rely on our exceptional taste and eye for detail to put together a cohesive and beautiful vision. Our one-of-a-kind, process-driven design is centered around making your event unique to you and no one else. Your investment is one flat-rate of $2500 + %8 production fee (capped at $3500 for decor expenses up to $60,000*)
DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR DESIGN Your seasoned event designer will create a customized design plan that will serve as the driving force behind all of the visual elements for your event. Your $2500 design fee covers the cost of our process-driven design; we begin our relationship with you by getting to know everything about your personal style and taste in order to develop an event design specifically tailored to represent your unique qualities. W will develop an inspiration board, visual statement, and color palette along with your floor plan. You will be presented with a comprehensive design plan that includes sketches and samples of visual elements so you can see your event come to life. This is so much more value than Pinterest could ever offer!
FULL EVENT DESIGN & LEADERSHIP FOR YOUR CREATIVE TEAM OF VENDORS Your event designer will serve as the creative director for your event, leading your team of decor vendors through the developed design plan and ensure that the execution is beautiful and hospitable for your guests. Every design element matters and the details are critical. Your designer is in charge of designer + overseeing the production of all the visual elements from stationery, cake, florals, lighting, room decor, furnishings, and custom elements to preserve the vision and ensure flawless execution.
PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICAL DESIGN PLANNING + INSTALLATION Bringing the vision to life on location. We will begin with the creation of a detailed production schedule for your team of vendors outlining specifics related to the back-of-house production side, ensure timely delivery, and set-up completion in time for your photographer to be able to capture the room before guests arrive. On site the day of your event, your design team will be present from the start of the load-in at your venue to facilitate the installation of each design element. Our design team has production and installation down to a science, working alongside vendors and suppliers who appreciate our professional and organized approach.

EVENT MANAGEMENT Formerly known as "day of" or "month of" coordination, and with the added value of access to your event manager for support from the very beginning. You will receive the benefits of organization, exclusive vendor lists, planning calendars, and comprehensive project management. We don't believe in contracted time limits on our relationship, we DO believe in stellar service and continued event support throughout the process. Your investment is one flat fee ranging between $2100-3500 depending upon your event logistics.
SUPPORT FROM YOUR EVENT MANAGER THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS Expert advice and logistics help when you want it. Your event manager is your expert advisor through the planning process. reviewing contracts and services and accessing logistics as you book with each vendor. Have questions about transportation manifests or hair and makeup schedules? Ask and you shall receive! Your event manager will give you guidance and take the guess work out of the process by making recommendations to you based on what we know works well from our years of experience and the goals you have set for your event.
ACCESS TO YOUR PROJECT ON OUR ONLINE PLANNING PORTAL Organization, storage, and communication. We manage all events on our project management system, Aisleplanner. You will have access to your personal file on Aisleplanner to use freely throughout the planning process. Upload contracts, create and manage to-do lists, communicate with your entire team and keep all important correspondence in one place with easy access from anywhere. Access your vendor referrals, planning calendar, discussions, and documents with the entire Wrennwood team.
EVENT MANAGEMENT FOR THE DAY OF Coordination, orchestration, and management. Your event manager is available for superior vendor and site management on event day to ensure seamless execution. Your event manager will create your production schedule, a master itinerary for the day of the event, an also provide appropriate scheduling information for the VIPs in your life. Time and specification schedules will be designed especially for the vendors, confirming their event responsibilities with set-up and breakdown details. The week of your event, you will meet with your event manager for a final details consultation and review the run of show in detail for the event. On event day, we will oversee installation, vendor arrival, timing specifications, last minute changes as well as troubleshoot and assist your guests during the event so you have the time of your life. TIME TO CELEBRATE If you’re like me, you love perusing the latest art and decorating books and magazines. I’ve always had a passion for art and good design and I believe that we should surround ourselves with beauty to keep feeling inspired and refreshed. In my career, I’ve brought this philosophy to every event and wedding I’ve had the pleasure of designing. I approach each party as an artist and I aim to create a beautiful world that reflects my client’s personal style.
I am thankful to all of the incredible clients who have allowed me to be part of their beautiful weddings and fantastic parties over the years. I like to encourage couples to think of their wedding as the largest dinner party they’ve ever thrown. Why? Because your wedding should fit in with the rest of your taste and lifestyle, not be the exception. You want to treat your guests as if you’re welcoming them into your own home. Your wedding should look and feel like it’s yours and nobody else’s. Everything, from the invitations to the ceremony and the space itself, should be infused with personalized details that create an event unique to you.
My favorite part of designing and event planning is collaborating with my clients. I absolutely love getting to know them: I ask about what they like, what they read, what they wear, as well as what their favorite flowers, colors, and places to travel are, and even which restaurants they love. In fact, many of my past clients are amongst my closest friends today! I also talk with them about whether they prefer a cleaner, more modern look, or one that’s more rustic or possibly even ornate and traditional. I urge my clients not to sway towards the latest trends, but rather to follow an approach that will make their wedding feel distinctly like “them.” Together, we hunt and gather: hunt for personal, meaningful items and gather design details that allow us to bring out the most loved elements found in these items. The key is to always keep your eyes open—you never know where you’ll spot that little something that inspires your entire event!
