As a nonprofit law firm that was founded in 1965, the Center for Arkansas Legal Services provides free civil (non-criminal) legal services to lowincome Arkansans. We geographically serve 60% of the state (44/75 counties). We are headquartered in Little Rock with 8 offices throughout Arkansas.
