DIVORCES
If you have grounds for divorce from your spouse, you or your attorney can file a Complaint for Divorce in the county where you or your spouse live. The final decree granting divorce can address Custody, Visitation, Children Support, Alimony, Property Division, and Debt Division.
CHANGE OF CUSTODY
If a court has not determined custody of children born to an unmarried biological mother, the law states that the biological mother is the legal custodian. You must go to court to establish any other custody or visitation. If a court has determined custody, there must be a material change of circumstances to change custody.
