Lenders need appraisal management companies (AMCs) that are in-sync with their borrowers’ overall customer experience. Our current geographic service footprint includes the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and Colorado (very soon North Carolina and Maryland). We do not bid appraisals and frankly do not believe in this approach. We choose each appraiser for each assignment based upon proximity, competency, and service.
