TICKETING SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT
Our ticketing system deploys tickets to all necessary departments for each department so that their Encompass, Workspace, website, Experience.com account and CRM accounts are all activated as soon as possible.

LOs receive welcome emails from our New Employee Success Manager as well as from our marketing department. These emails give them everything they need to login and get started so they can hit the ground running right away!
TRANSITIONAL LOAN OFFICER
Our transitional loan officer is here to assist in case there are any delays in license transfer. He can assist with loans in over 40 states so you LOs don’t miss a deal.
The word I use is seamless, and truly that’s not usually a word associated with making a move. It’s usually very stressful and difficult. There was a group of six of us that made the transition, and literally on day one it was all hands on deck. We were up and running immediately. We had pipelines flowing and all the support we needed. It truly exceeded any kind of expectation I had.
