Notice is hereby given that Boaz Energy II Operating, LLC, 3300 North A St Bldg. 7 Ste. 150, Midland, TX 79705 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation productive of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Strawn, Ellenberger & Cambrian formations, East Flowers/Canyon/ Unit Lease, well number 528WS. The proposed injection well is location 8 miles South East of Aspermont, TX in the Flowers (Canyon Sand) field, in Stonewall County. Fluid will be injected into the subsurface interval from 5300 to 6730 feet. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Texas Water Code, Chapter 27, as amended; Texas Natural Resources Code, Title 3, as amended; and the Railroad Commission’s Oil and Gas Division Rules (Statewide Rules) at 16 Tex.
