01 WWF NON-PROFIT DESIGN
WITH THE INSPIRATION OF NATURE AND THE PRECEDENT ANAYLYSIS OF AN OFFICE SPACE AND HOW IT FUNCTIONS, IT WAS THE DUTY OF THE DESIGNER TO FULFILL A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION’S MISSION AND PORTRAY IT INTO THE DESIGN OF THEIR INTERIOR SPACE.
HAND-DRAFTING
02 BLOWFLY
WITH THE BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS UNDERSTADING AND RESEARCH OF OUR INSECT, THE NEW PERSEPTION OF WHAT IS KNOWN TO US AS A “HOUSE” HAS COMPLETELY SHIFTED TO SEE OTHER FORMS OF HABITATION. THE BLOWFLY, A REPULSIVE LITTLE CREATURE, LIVES IN THE STINCH OF PLANTS AND MEAT, ALLOWING FOR THE ANALYZATION OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND DETAILS TO BEST DISPLAY THE LIFE AND HOME OF THIS INSECT.

03 TRANSFORMATION CONSTRUCTION
THROUGH THE USE OF COMPOSITIONAL STRATEGIES, THE PAINTING “WING FABRICATION” BY RALSTON CRAWFORD IS USED TO BE TRANSFORMED IN VARIOUS WAYS INTO A NATURAL OBJECT. EACH COLUMN IS TRANSFORMED AND DESIGNED BY HAND IN SUCH A WAY THAT FOLLOWS MULTIPLE RULES ENCOURAGING BETTER ORGANZATION, VISUALS, AND DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
04 OKLAHOMA EQUINE CENTER
THIS PROJECT IS DEDICATED TOWARDS THE DISTINCTIVE PROGRAMMATIC QUALITIES THAT LED TO DESIGN A HORSESHOEING AND LAB BASED CENTER FOR HORSES. FOR THIS CENTER, IT SHOWED TWO SEPERATE DUALITIES. ONE BEING THE DUALITY OF A HORSE VS. A PERSON AND THE SECOND BEING THE DULAITY OF THE HORSESHOEING VS. THE RESEARCH PORTION. TO SOLVE THIS, THE DESIGN LED TO A SUPERIMPOSITION OF A SERIES OF GRIDS WHICH ORGANIZED THE ORDER OF THE PROGRAM AS WELL AS ALLOWED ITS OWN DESIGN ELEMENT TO ADD AND SUBTRACT SPACES WITHIN THE COMPLEX.
