How Personal Training Can Progress Your Relationships, Career, and Social Life

Personal Training is just that – PERSONAL. For those of you who have, or have had a personal trainer in the past, you understand how these regular one -on-one interactions can completely turn your life around both inside and outside the gym. In fact, there is an entire psychological shift that happens when I see my own clients come in and out of my private studio that goes highly unrecognized. For this reason, it is important to highlight some of the less obvious messages that people may be obtaining from their training sessions.


These findings are based on my experience training and life coaching clients at Mind and Body Unleashed Inc. Studio. Please note that many of these points can be applied in several categories.

Training Benefits that Can FUEL Your Relationships 1. Personal training is an act of discipline just like meditating, cooking, sleeping and drinking water. As a disciplined individual you act as an inspiration to many of those around you who will follow in your footsteps with the right guidance. You become a leader in your network. 2. Once you feel good about yourself, you are more likely to choose friends who also make you feel good, and ditch the ones who don’t. 3. Chances are you will begin to network with like-minded healthy people which will broaden your friendship circle and give you a more diverse social network. 4. People everywhere respond to you differently when you look fit versus unfit. The energy you give out is vibrant and energetic– this is great for attracting new positive people into your life or just getting more of what you want from the energy you project. If you want to make changes to this aspect of your life, I highly recommend investing in a personal trainer no matter how fit or unfit you are. Things change quickly when you have someone educated pushing you along the way. We have plenty of great trainers at our studio to assist you with your fitness journey. Happy Training!! Many people believe that personal training is about having someone put your through exercises. This is definitely the truth, but far from being the whole truth. If you hire an educated trainer who knows how to customize your training to suit your own physical needs and goals – then you are definitely on the right track. The last thing you want is a cookie cutter program that your trainer is recommending to everyone.
