Winner’s Circle Recovery Walk Set For Sept.17 The Tyler Live and Kicking Winner’s Circle will host a Recovery Walk on Sept. 17 to help recognize National Recovery Month. At the square, walkers will gather to listen to recovery stories and proclamations, and to get information from local agencies.
