Yellow: Elbows only. Still being cautious. Red: No contact. Maintain distance where possible.
Wear Your Mask All attendees, staff, and guests (including at the Great Neuro Reunion Party and Closing Party) must wear a mask when indoors. Exceptions to the mask rule: • When you are actively eating or drinking • When you are a faculty member presenting at a lecture or panel Need a mask? 2022 AAN Annual Meeting
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS COVID-19 Testing If you are feeling unwell, PCR testing will be available through GoLab at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel Seattle, located a few blocks from the Convention Center. GoLab is open 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2, to Thursday, April 7, 2022. Results for PCR tests completed before 12:00 p.m. local time will be available the same day, otherwise results will be available the next business day. These tests are available at no cost. For COVID-19 testing through GoLab, you must register in advance for your appointment at golabsolutions.as.me/aan. GoLab may share your de-identified and aggregated COVID-19 test results with American Academy of Neurology Institute (the sponsor that has paid for your voluntary testing appointment) at the end of each conference testing date. GoLab will not share your personal identity or any other identifiable information with AANI. You will be asked to type your full name (first and last) to agree to this de-identified test result disclosure during the registration process. Attendees testing positive are asked to email AAN Member Services at memberservices@aan.com to notify the Academy of their positive test result as they will no longer be allowed to attend the in-person component of the AAN Annual Meeting. Anyone who is unwell is asked to view session recordings remotely via the AAN Conferences mobile app. Most recordings should be available within 24 hours of the originally scheduled session, and livestreaming is also available to Seattle attendees via the AAN Conferences mobile app. If you need a test for travel, PCR testing is available on Level 1 of the Convention Center Tuesday, April 5-Friday, April 8 for appointments (book.curative.com/sites/31796) and walk-ins. Test results through this location are not shared with the AAN. Maps of testing sites near the Washington State Convention Center will be available at Meeting Information.
